The world was normal until pollution became a serious problem. The rich people build a wall to separate from the poor. Inside the rich people’s are the air was clean but one the other side it wasn’t the same. The factories polluted the air, gangs roamed the streets and people died from banal diseases. My name is Luke, I’m 17 and this is how I met the love of my life:

“Look at those beautiful skyscrapers over there”, Luke told to his best friend ,Sarah while pointing at some buildings.

“Yea, and seems like they are having a party.”

“Wish I could live there.”

“No kidding”, Sarah responded.

They were daydreaming looking through the transparent wall over to the people in the Water Lily Sector.

“What are you both doing here?!”Said the old cranky mother of Sarah.” Go and clean the floors Sarah, and you ,young boy, start working, money doesn’t grow on trees.”

On his way to work ,Luke saw something strange at the start of the wall. He got closer to see that there was a tunnel covered by some junk. Throwing the junk away he found a torch .After a couple of minutes of going in the tunnel he got out on the other side and was amazed. Skyscrapers, shops, well dressed people ,and then, a siren closing in on his location. Panicked he entered the first door he saw. It was the backdoor to a club. He walked through there confused and then the police burst in.” Everyone stay where you are” , they screamed. While they were locking the doors Luke was terrified. After a few seconds a policeman approached him ” Id sir.”

“Don’t worry, he’s with me.” Said a charming boy.

“Thanks, you saved me.”

“I’m Alex, you?”

“Luke.”

“Nice to meet you, Luke .” He said with a nice friendly smile. ’I can tell your not from here, don’t worry I wont tell.

“How could you tell?”

“You are nicer then most of the people here, anyway can I show you around?”

“Yea, let’s go.”

They went from the club to the park first.

“Should we rent a bike?”

“You have that here? He said enthusiastic.

“Yes , let’s get one for 2.”

Cycling through the park ,Luke saw an ice cream machine and told Alex to stop.

“I like caramel ,you?”

“Lemons.”

After buying their ice cream they sat down on a bench. ” So Luke how is it one the other side?”

“Not so bad if you stay with friends, my best friend is Sarah.”

“Soo, do you have feelings for her?”

“We’re only friends but I think she has a crush on me .You ?Who are your friends?”

“I don’t really have any. My parents are very strict and they don’t approve with many people I hangout with.”

“I’m sorry , I shouldn’t he asked.”

“No, it’s ok. I accommodated. I’m kind of a lonely wolf myself .”He said with a cute smile on his face.

After finishing their ice cream, they went to the shopping district.” So Luke, I don’t want you to get offended but your clothes don’t really match the clothes from here. Let’s buy you some new ones , shall we?”

“I’ve always liked shopping for clothes , Sarah says I’m weird but I don’t care . Look! Let’s go in that shop, I like it better than the other ones.”

“Ok , it’s your call.”

“Suit? ” Luke said sarcastically.

“Try it one , it won’t hurt.”

“Nah ,too fancy.”

“V-neck sweater ,a white T-shirt and some jeans? “

“That wold fit you the best.”

They bought the clothes and then went to Alex’s house.

“I’m making some coffee , want a cup?”

“Yea, I’m exhausted.”

After pouring 2 cups of coffee , Luke and Alex got on the couch and started watching some TV . Getting sleepy , Luke put his head on Alex’s arm. Alex turned his head around slowly and ,in the heat of the moment kissed Luke.

“I’m sorry,I shouldn’t ,he said while running away. Luke chased after him, grabbed him by the shoulder, and kissed him , their lips together , they didn’t think of anything else in the world, the only thing that mattered was this moment,the happiest one in their lives.
