"I have just started this book and it is very easy to read. Wonderful writing style and the diary entry makes it easy to keep track of. I like the idea of having the story be a conversation between a girl and her diary. It also leads you to think you will hear more of the inner thoughts than just what is done in public. I am excited to see where the story goes, especially from the teaser."
Interesting Style
"The blurb for the story is a bit confusing, but once you get passed that it's really easy to fall into the character of Jo and what's going on with her life. She seems a bit sarcastic (though perhaps that's with the late way her mental health issue was introduced). I don't think it has to be introduced earlier though because you can see the character trying to connect with writing in a diary in the first place, something that's not always easy to do and is awkward at first. Interesting story-telling technique, good for this type of story."
