Background
The world was on the edge of destruction. Climate change was the villain. The leaders of the United States of America were all climate deniers, whilst the rest of the world saw this problem the States did nothing.
Desperate for change, the world leaders joined without the USA and came up with a solution that would save the world.
Years after the US realized their mistake, they had lost their power and influence on the rest of the world. They isolated themselves so they could fix their problems to come out stronger and more powerful than ever.
After they had fixed their environmental problems they wanted to be perfect so that no one could say something bad about them ever again. They found another default: the crimes and felonies. The leaders created a city far away from the rest of the inhabitants where they would put every criminal that was caught by the police, no matter how serious the crime was.
