Like rediscovering magic
"A very refreshing read and captivating story.
It combines the sheer endless possibilities of magic in its most brutal and realistic form, never once giving you the feeling of reading a fictitious story, but rather covering all details, rarely rushing the story, while at the same time providing a unique insight into the working of the magic involved.
What's more is that at the same time, it manages to set a great world, that we really get to know, with many rules and conflicts.
The plot imho was not very unexpected and the open end leaves for many unanswered questions, but I guess that's where the sequel comes in. ;)
A few typos still remain and there was a problem with chapter 41 where word-wrapping does not work anymore. (however resizing the text solves that issue as a work-around). The writing itself is rich and varied. It's a mature work all around.
Great job, thanks for sharing!"
