"RAFE STOP IT"
"You're adorable when you laugh" He cups my face while going back to his weird tickle fight.
"STOOOPPPPP!" I scream laughing from hysteria.
"Well then answer my question"
"Which one? You blab a lot"
"Why can't I take you, Jenna?" He smirks tilting his head sarcastically. We have been over this many times but it seems like he just won't budge.
"I told you I am waiting till marriage" I nag rolling my eyes. It is like he forgets how much I want it too.
"We are engaged"
"But not marri-" He cuts me off with a passionate kiss.
I feel the same mixture of being set aflame and the fluttering of butterflies in my stomach again. Although we have been together for 4 years, I never got my head around the fact I was engaged to the Beta of the Diamond Pack. And I was soon to be married to him.
It definitely sounds like a happy-ever-after unless you bring my sister to dinner. She will start shitting on me because she is mated to the Alpha of the diamond pack. Keyword: Mated. She never stops bragging about it and in all honesty, I don't care. I am happy for her but she isn't for me, she also doesn't get that I am not one to enjoy the spotlight and therefore wouldn't want to become the Luna-To-Be in the first place. Even though Rafe and I didn't find our mates yet and probably never will. We have each other. I have his beautiful golden eyes, that messy blond hair and those full pink lips. He is mine, and soon enough, will be mine forever.
"You ruined the kiss" Rafe looks at me with a frown.
"No, I didn-"
"You became stiff because your mind wondered again, enjoy the moment for goddess' sake." He pulls away from me to wear his shirt.
"I was just sad that Emily doesn't want to attend our wedding"
"You're going to ruin the wedding too?" He frowns even more. He kind of looks like a puppy, adorable.
KNOCK KNOCK
Speak of the devil.
"I'll go take a shower but you go have a great day with your sister" He smiles with a wink.
"I'll try not to kill her" I spit bitterly
"That's the spirit!" He gives me a kiss and walks away.
Please don't be with anyone else, please don't be with anyone else. I keep muttering to myself, as I open the door.
"Took you long enough" Emily looks pissed but I didn't notice considering the muscular man standing behind her. He was wearing a hood and I felt like he came in to murder us.
"I told you not to bring anyone " I whisper scream.
"You dare talk about our alpha like that sister?" She states with a smirk.
I never really meet the alpha that much, he usually makes my blood boil but I would like the keep my head attached to my body so nobody really knows I can't stand him.
"O- Oh my goddess, I totally did not mean to-"
" It's okay" His stern manner kind of sounds threatening rather than calming.
I figured he is all hooded to not catch the attention of everyone, it is not common for an alpha to wander around without security and a damned Limo but considering he is mated to (or will be officially mated to) my sister, it makes sense she would drag him out of his routines.
After welcoming them in and having the servants attend to their needs, we all start to discuss the subject I would've loved to avoid.
"PUPS" Emily screams, ecstatic.

"I WANT SO MANY PUPS" She continues.
"I am not babysitting anyone," I say firmly trying to seem intimidating.
"As your Luna, I command you to take care of all my future pups"
"Well as your sister, I refuse... I barely take care of myself, let alone YOUR children?"
I notice on the corner of my eyes how the alpha has been staring at me. His eyes looking like they are set to murder me. I can feel the heat of his rage from here but why is he mad at me? He was dragged here by Emily but it seems the only reason he came here was to talk in private with me later. About what though?
"Well as YOUR LUNA, I have the right to banish you. "
"Nice threat, won't work on me though."
"You know I would do it."
"You also know I don't care... we were rogues for years you think I am scared of becoming one again?. I am engaged to the Beta of this pack, I think you know what happens when wolves are separated from their partners."
"That only occurs with mates Jenna, mates, not horny she-wolves"
"Watch it, Emily," I say with a growl.
"Watch what? You rejecting a non-existent mate? No worries, I won't be attending"
I jumped at her, but a firm hand grabbed my waist and I felt a wave of lust wash over me.
"Being mated to the alpha does not give you the right to speak to my fianceé like that Em." Rafe holds me tighter.
"I wasn't saying anything that she doesn't already kno-"
I reach to grab her by any way possible just to show her a piece of my mind but Rafe whispers to me: "You are hot when you're mad"
He knows what to say and when to say it, if it wasn't for him, she would be in pieces during her mating ceremony, which is in two weeks.
He presses himself to my behind, I can feel him growing, right in front of my sister and the damn alpha.
"I would like to speak with Emily" Alpha Knight says, and it just dawns on me that his eyes never left me for a second.
"Don' waste your time with her" Emily states with exaggerated hand movements.
"Not about your children fiasco Em, it is something very important." His eyes till not leaving mine and now I am sure he wants to kill me.
"Okay, You two have fun, I will go with the council and continue the plan. Don't be too hard on her Seb" Rafe says with a smile.
"I'll try"
We have been alone in the office for about 20 minutes and he is just staring at me.
"soooooooooo" I mumble , uncertain of what he wants.
"Quite"
"I just want to kn-"
"I said quite, you dare disobey your alpha?"
"I am sorry I did not mean to-"
"We welcomed you to our pack, you knowing we lack in a few aspects, you were just a rogue with no home, food or money. We announce you a part of us, you are now engaged to my beta and you hide this from me?"
"Hide? Hide what?"
And right then, he pulls out a knife. His eyes are red, bloodshot. He is a huge figure, I back into the wall, extremely scared that this might be my last breath.
