Summary

Keira was only 20 when her whole life changed, loosing her pack, family and not sure how to get her brother back. Keira had lost everything, she had lost the connection with her mother, father and sister. She had felt there last strengths slip away 4 months ago when her pack Silver Moon Pack was attacked by their enemies South Eastern Pack. The only thing that kept her going was the possibility her brother Isaac may be alive, they hadn't grown a strong connection yet or mind link as he had not come into his wolf - he was only 6 years old. She needed to go back for him but she also knew the South Eastern pack took lives easily. Gaining strength would she face her fear, would he have survived?

Taking back

Keira woke groggily turning her head a looking around the dark dank motel room, there were brown stains on the ceiling and wall. I pulled my sleeping bag up over my nose and took a deep breath. I had been here for 2 weeks, I had been living as a rogue for 4months on Friday. I was hiding from the werewolf who killed my family and killed most of my pack taking it as his own. With this thought I felt the bubble of emotion gather in my throat, I tried pushing it away but the sobs became uncontrollable. I missed my mother, my father and my baby brother Isaac. I didn't know if he was alive or not because he hadn't come into his wolf so we never had gained our connection. I had never been away from home for long and never on my own us werewolves liked to travel with others. I knew I had to find a way to see if my brother was alive, his strawberry blonde hair and piercing green eyes, he was 6 years old but you could tell her was going to be a heart breaker. I brought my hands together, aloud 'I pray that my brother is alive, I pray he is well and has hope in his heart just as I have mine. I wish him to know I am coming for him and I love him.' I spoke earnestly squeezing my hands together tighter and tighter. With a sigh I knew I had to carry on. I had managed to find a good place to shift, it bordered two different pack territories so I had to be careful not to trespass but it was also big enough and far enough away from humans that I felt safe.
