Chapter 1
You may not understand how the story ends. But you need not worry. We will help you understand. Though the chapters are short, you have a chance. But if you think you’ll get much out of this for future training, your wrong. This is a story that will make you think that you should be a kid that fits in at school, but stands out at home where it’s safe. In other words, don’t use this as a reminder saying, “Hey go kill yourself, it sound fun!” ‘Cause your putting words in my mouth, and that isn’t any fun. Good luck!
He was irrated. He hated his job. He walked around the same neighborhood since 3 a.m, yelling “ Mail! Come get your mail Ellie Hobskins!” He had blood red hair blotched with sweat, so it looked brown. A red and green Christmas UPS uniform was covered in Christmas tree lights that were rainbow. He had soft orange eyes like a sunset, but a hint of stone hard green hid beneath it all. He was pulling around a wagon 2 feet tall, with 7 stacks of boxes 10 feet high falling in the middle of the road. He groaned.
“ I don’t understand why life isn’t fair!” He screamed at his neighbors that afternoon. He still had to go out and deliver another thousand boxes before the day was over. He couldn’t understand.
“Loyd? Is that you? The corn...” Mother was cut off by a thought.
Then, from the other room, a voice solid and demanding said, “ I want my bed made, my b&b, and milk NOW!” It was Steven.
“ I got it mom.” Loyd got 1 glass of milk, and breakfast cooked with a can of beer in the middle.
“ Here. And don’t talk to mom that way anymore. She does so much for you and you treat her like dirt. So... easy up on her. Please?” Loyd said calmly.
“Ok.” He replied.
“Tha-”
“She’s NEVER done ANYTHING nice for me! Don’t tell me to easy up on her again.” He said angrily.
He took a drink of milk and fell asleep because of a certain potion that Loyd thought wasn’t going to work. He put straps over his forearms, ankles, wrists, stomach, shoulders, thighs, and knees.
He woke up with a start of, “SHE’S DONE NOTHing,” He paused. “WHAT!?!?!?”
He yelled at Loyd the whole time he walked out. He ran into his sister LoLa, and she grabbed him and started crying.
“What’s wrong LoLa?” She looked up with her brown eyes, yellow hair, and heart shaped face with a strip of red running down her face.
“LoLa! What happened?!”
“He-Steven-Slapped me-With-A belt-On-Mmy face!” She said through slobs and shrieks of pain.
“It’s alright. Let’s get you fixed up.” Loyd looked down, and her knee was busted up.
“L-LoLa?”
“It hurts!” She wailed.
“Come on.”
He took her to the kitchen where their mom was, and she shook her head disappointed. Loyd took her to the bathroom while she screamed as he dabbed her knee.
Her brown eyes pleaded through agony for Loyd to stop. But he didn’t. He didn’t want her to get infected. By
Steven.
