Summary

A psychotic Clown Named Psycho has escaped from an insane asylum with one of many things on his mind. Killing those who caused him to end up in the state mental ward, and getting revenge against those whose cruelty drove him to madness. Enter Jake Ashton who saw the burning of psycho by his friends who made him promise not to tell. Jake now thinks it's time to draw the line and help put those responsible behind bars. But will it be enough to stop Psycho before he kills innocent people.
