Soaring high through the sky
The story continued as Anala and Nightstar ventured deeper into the woods of Elenor. Misty trees lurked above them like a blanket of leaves. Dead grass crunched beneath their feet as they stumbled along the uneven floor.
“I hope we are nearly there Nightstar,” Anala mumbled to her beloved dragon. “Maybe it will be easier to fly across the forest.”
So Anala mounted Nightstar and they sawed into the sky like a rocket going into space. Nightstars wings were two feet long on eaither side, they flapped up and down sending gusts of wind through the forest making all the trees shiver with fear.
“I see something Nightstar, it looks like a building and houses,” Anala shouted over the roaring sound of his wings.
It was growing dark and the stars began to shimmer brightly above them. The moon was a torch lighting their path before them. After Anala had seen what she thought was a village they dipped down under the trees and then she dismounted her dragon.
