insulted for my effort
"I attempted to ignore the bad grammar and other errors and just enjoy the story. This was very difficult, but besides the glaring errors in skill the story itself is insulting. The protagonist one day just up and decides he's straight, like it's a choice. His original coming out seemed organic, the second, nope back in the closet, felt like either he was hiding from his pain or trying to love the guy that spurned him so by loving his sister. The character didn't grow or evolve, if anything he did the opposite and starts further back than where the story began. The fact that good things start happening to and around him when he makes this choice just further antagonizes the reader who understands that sexuality isn't a choice. "
