Summary

Military brat, Jace Beniniah, was born and bred into a family immersed in the Neuro Soldier project. However, new sciences, classifications, foes and an unstable government now threaten these war lords and CPR Beniniah's loves; family and country. Chemically enhanced to set new limits and break scientific laws. Jace will try to mentally surpass and physically beat down the opposing deviants, set to destroy all he holds dear. After disappearing for a horrid amount of time. Jace comes back on center stage to a future almost too futuristic to be fathomable Are Neuro war lords and a chaotic group of Real American Heros enough to warn those living of the monstrosities headed their way, in a flood of misery? To survive is the shaky goal. If then, one last question... What's next? Nothing else remains, Jace's passion must win, but he has some lengering rage that must come out first. Ch. 9) Automate Shake Down - 1529

Jace relaxed his body as the gun butt slammed into his face. His whole world seemed to be forcefully shaken. The crunch of his nose crumpling up into his skull and the motion of his jaw slinging free from joint; create such an excruciatingly painful since of helplessness.

0

These are accompanied by delirium. His surroundings blur and the calculated assault, his unit is carrying out, just seems like chaotic turmoil around him, at this point.

0

Opposing soldiers across the courtyard begin to fire from off their perch in a heavily defended machine gun nest, directly into the first line of the invading force. AI's made up this line; only a few were unable to compute these missle trajectories fast enough to successfully dodge. The others, were cut in half before even crossing the wall.

0

Bullets collide into the assailants like two pieces of metal clanging against one another.

0

The determination of the assailants and vigilance of the gorillas clash in a forceful struggle as warriors on both sides pour out their hearts, blood and some wires into this battle.

0

Forceful impacts and ricocheting bullets rock Jace's body as these missles bash against and eventually start to tear into his upper torso. He is now the main concentration of the enemy fire as his unit makes their way toward their mark in this arid, isolated location. Standing in the open, alone at the front gate entrance. He is not invincible; no, he can feel his body beginning to slow and tear, eventually starting to break down. Breathing has now become more delibrate. This sends pain shooting through his lungs and chest with every forced breath.

0

The soldier's wrist module states the status of his emotions and displays the dropping of his dopamine levels. Impacting bullets will now begin to start penetrating deeper into his skin, causing more damage to his vital insides.

0

Emotions are still high enough so he can ignore the pain. He is strong. He can take the barrage of bullets for the team. As acting in the role of tank, Yo was now the ultimate distraction. The distraction his team needed this moment, to get to Alah Kazah before his gorilla forces were able to make him vanish into safety once again.

0

Yo struggles to hold on to consciousness; decisively he forcefully slams the injector switch on his Neuro Harness. The harnesses' needles inject artificial dopamine out the long needles piercing his body delivering the synthetic drug directly into his nervous system.

0

Thump thump: Time begins to slow; rather Jace's actions begin to speed up, as the rush of emotions, first rage, then hate and panic, followed by fear and lastly passion start to intensify in his nervous system.

0

He can hear every heart beat loud and forceful. At the first heart beat rage, hate and panic rise as the ever present need of self-preservation dominate his priorities. This is nothing different from the burst of excitement that fuels one's body as danger begins to threaten one's existence.

0

With the first few heartbeats, after the chemicals start pouring into Joram's nerves and bounce around in his brain like free radicals, the crushing numbing pain starts to leave his face as bullets ricochet off his body like a baseball thrown at a car. The high speed missiles still make an impact, doing whatever destructive damage they can to the fortified surface area, but are denied the ability to penetrate the super-human like body density the Neuro soldier now displays.

0

Adrenaline and dopamine injections, now fortify the user, making him a weapon of extraordinary power and abilities; as they rush through the users nervous system.

0

Jace's crushed nose and broken jaw do not heal, but now are easily ignored and flap uselessly to the wind as he moves at unfathomable speeds impossible to track with the unaided human eye. At these speeds, along with the forceful, extremely quick movements, the g-forces slam into a neuro soldier's body forcing the blood to the feet and away from the heart and other vital organs.

0

To counter this the Neuro suits, detect this escape of the blood through sensors, and display the info on a command module. The Neuro suits then tighten instantly to key areas on the bodies' surface. This keeps the user's blood in the areas of most importance. Bringing oxygen to the organs handling the highly taxing workload of the dopamine and adrenaline enhancements.

0

The main objective and purpose of this mission flashes on the command module strapped to his wrist. More than strapped, the command module is directly linked to the nervous system through needles lodged deep down into the blood stream.

0

Thump thump: With another heartbeat, Jace lunges at the soldier who just crushed his face with the butt of a gun; then grabs the enemy's weapon while stepping passed him. This puts Jace in position to sweep the gorilla's feet out from under him with a reverse movement of the same leg. A quick movement of Jace's particle blade takes the life of the falling gorilla.

0

Thump thump: Third heart beat; in one graceful bound he moves across the courtyard in a moment and to the horror of the frightened gorilla fighters ends up in midst of the barricaded machine gun nest looking back down on the courtyard. Yo extends and fires his dual 'forget me nots' as he lands in the nest. Then moves first, to the left and then right slicing with his particle blade at different opponents. While jumping to the far end of the nest he disarms the sniper with one fatal blow from his particle blade.

0

Thump thump: Yo then uses his razor cord, on the spotter.

0

Enough time has passed by this time that the final two manning the thirty cal. on the far end of the nest are hit by the 'forget me not' bullets he had fired upon first entering the nest. With the collapse of the final two defenders, the whole defensive barricade of six men was now neutralized in nothing more than a few moments.

0

Joram's heart beats are loud, almost over-powering and when they pound he can almost count the moments that pass by before the time passes for the next heartbeat. FOCUS! His wrist module almost screams at him, awaking him back to the present.

0

Right, he can't get lost in the gratification that the emotional rises and dopamine benefit him. He has been trained how to not let these side effects sidetracked him.

0

If a Neuro Soldier is not careful he will get lost in the gratification and forfeit his life to the enemy or worse, fail his team or miss the mission.

0

With the following pounding heart beats he jumps down off the nest and hastens back across the court yard after his unit.

0

Concentrated fire rains down and demolishes the house the team would have moved to, to make the capture. Or kill. The special neuro team was instructed to take Alah Azah dead or alive.

0

The world could only benefit from an unapologetic, sadistic terrorist, instigator exiting the world scene. Except, an alive target would give information. Information as to how and why this simple terrorist group was producing so many neuro warriors. Their technology was no where near that of New Babylons', but even crude attempts at making neuro warriors were superior to other forces. Especially when they target soft targets. Just like an unexpected bomb or a hidden knife, civilians had no chance against such atrocities.

0

Hearing enhanced, Jace already knew his team was headed across the plateau. Knowing this, Jace decides to move past the scene in front of him without drawing attention to himself.

0

His nose and jaw begin to ever so-slightly start throbbing, like an annoyance more than anything, as meaningless feeling begins to return.

0

Where was his team taking the terrorist leader? This was extremely deviant, for they were not on target with the extraction plan. He was now traveling further beyond the plateau.

0

His command module was still operational so he knew his unit was just a few miles ahead of him. He also knew that, command knew his and their pin-point location... But where was he now going? Did his team even have the terrorist leader? Jace was in the dark about this mission's status and cut off from the team. Where were they? Where was the communication?

0

BOOM! An explosion sounds directly south of his position. Cautiously he hurries to the commotion's point of origin a few miles distant. As he nears the discolored, purple atmosphere of the explains origin; Jace's confusion and uncertainty reach new heights. His team had successfully evaded the terrorist forces and he could see their target was now their hostage... But his team was divided and attacking each other.

0

Thoughts race through Jace's mind, as he watched his highly disciplined team brutally attack each other. Neuro teams were the best of the elite, honorable and loyal to a fault. Quarrels and disagreements where almost non-existent among his men. There was no reason for this treacherous anarchy.

0

Whatever was going on, this should have been handled back at the base of operations. But something else was off.
