Chapter 1

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" I screamed. He didn't. No matter how quickly I moved my legs, I felt like I was moving in slow motion and he was gaining on me every second. I felt that if I looked back for even a split second I would be within his grasp. I could only just hear his steady breaths over the pounding in my ears. I wasn't sure if it was my heart or my feet, but both were aching - a sharp pain with every beat. I took a wild jump at the wall in front of me, the adrenaline coursing through my veins preventing me from feeling the pain as the rough brickwork scraped my bare knees and hands. I scrambled over and fell to the ground, screaming and sobbing as I ran. He was behind me, running as swiftly as before. The fall didn't seem to have bothered him at all.

"Come back little girl," he whispered, but his voice carried through the empty parking lot as he chased me. I turned a corner and leaned against the wall, gasping for air as my lungs burned. I listened, and all was silent. I'd lost him.

A hand grabbed my hair and I screamed, but my voice was muffled by the strong hand over my mouth. I was turned, so I was facing my assailant. Despite the situation, my heart melted slightly as I took in his perfect features. The features that I had fallen in love with. His mismatched eyes, one bloodshot and red, the other pale and lilac. The sheet white albino skin and the dyed black hair. It was such an odd combination, but he was stunning. Even in the midst of a life or death situation, I was thinking about his looks. Typical.

"You were naughty weren't you?" his voice was nothing more than a purr in my ear. Even though I wanted anything but to agree with him, I had to nod. His voice instantly made me want to kneel down and obey him, he just had that level of command. Dammit, why did I always chose men that were bad for me? It was a huge problem. But how did I get in this situation, I hear you cry? Well, that's a long story that I will gladly tell you. In another chapter.
