Chapter 1

"Milla get down here you little leech" someone calls from down stairs. I get up from my bed (if you can even call it that)and make my way down stairs as fast as i can. I look for the voice that has called me and soon find her. "Yes kami?" " why arent you making dinner yet? Do you want us to starve?Your so worthless i dont know why the alpha wanted to keep you. Your own mother doesnt even want you. Get to cooking before i beat you". She then makes her threat partially known by punching me in the face. I land on the floor and suck in a breath. I feel the blood starting to come out of my nose and cover it with my hand. Im used to it by now and refuse to let anyone in my pack see my cry. "Yes mam" I say as i turn to go to the kitchen. " O and you dont deserve to eat tonight, so your not going to. You need to lose some of that weight lard ass". She says as shes walking away snickering. I dont understand why everyone hates me. I have always been sweet and obediant since i was young, but noone has ever liked me ,except my wolf. "Kensie, are you there?" I say to my wolf shes been quiet recently ,but i think its because of my lack of food and her always healing me. " Milla,im here im just exhausted and im try to save strength to beable to heal you. Please dont worry." Ok kensie just rest ill try to sneak some food later tonight" . ok is all she replies as she huddles back into my mind. Ive haven't seen her yet since i havent shifted yet , but i will in 3 days time on my 18th birthday and hopefully by then i'll beable to leave this hell hole and look for my mate.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me.
