ONE โžณ WHEN THEY FIRST MET

chapter one : when they first met

โ˜€๏ธŽโ˜€๏ธŽโ˜€๏ธŽ

The sound of a cart being pushed could be heard at King's Cross Station, since many first years that would be attending Hogwarts were there, most of them nervous to go to this school. One of them was Jade Velcron, a French student who was seeing her cousin Jasmine off to Hogwarts. She never really knew much about magic herself, since her parents died when she was younger, so she was taken in by her aunt.

As she saw her cousin running next to her father into a wall, she was astonished and confused as to why that was happening. When her Aunt Marie had explained that it was actually a way to get to the Hogwarts' train, Jade was genuinely confused. She then walked with her aunt, running into the wall, passing by it, making the small girl giggle in excitement.

She then turned, seeing a boy staring at her, and she shyly looked away, then back at him, to see his big brown eyes still looking at her. He smiled at her, and she blushed, waving back. Her aunt seemed to notice, and she turned, trying to see who her niece was looking at.

Amos Diggory patted his son's shoulder, hugging him due to the fact he was leaving for Hogwarts. He then noticed a school friend, Marie Winterfield, and he walked over to her, smiling kindly. She smiled back, and spoke slowly. "Amos, how have you been?" She asked, her cheery voice bringing back memories from when they were at Hogwarts.

"Good, and you?" He answered back, and they spoke about how life had been to them after they left schooling. Cedric noticed his father talking to a woman, and walked closer to see the girl he'd seen earlier. Her dark brown hair stood out, and her eyes were a beautiful, viridescent color. She turned back to him, her big irises showing curiosity as she saw him. He turned to look at the clock, seeing they still had twenty minutes left, and walked over to his dad.

"Oh , dear, is this Cedric?" the woman spoke, surprised to see him. Amos smiled, looking over to his pale skinned son, who was confused because he didn't know who this woman was.

"Yes, and this must be your niece, Jade," Amos grinned, looking at Jade, who shyly hid behind her aunt. Cedric thought it was adorable.

"Mm-hmm," Marie hummed, tucking a dirty blonde strand behind her ear. "She's going to a school in Brazil where she grew up for a ten years. I have an acquaintance there who's been training there for a year now."

"Ah, she's not going to Hogwarts?" Amos questioned, looking over to the girl who looked uncomfortable.

"No, not for the time being," she stated and Cedric frowned, looking at the tan female, admiring her.

"Ever since what happened with my sister.." Marie stared and Amos nodded, feeling a bit bad he couldn't put the information together. He knew the Death Eaters had killed Marie's sister and brother in law, and their niece was left unharmed due to being placed under an invisibility charm to protect her.

Jasmine giggled loudly, causing all of them to turn to see her with her father, and Jade smiled, feeling joy although it wasn't her experiencing it. Cedric glanced at the girl, his cheeks turning a rose pale color as he thought her smile made her look so beautiful, so ethereal.

And so as Jasmine left with a goodbye to start her first year at Hogwarts, a boy turned to get onto the train by the name of Cedric, thinking about the beautiful girl who didn't talk.

Her forest green eyes simply stared as she gripped her aunt's hand, and she then saw she was looking at the boy from earlier who had pale skin and brown hair. Cedric Diggory.
