Chapter 1 Darval
Seeing all these little humans scurry away from me as I walk out of my club is very amusing to say the least. It's a shame that they run away, I would love to have a piece or two if you know what I mean.
"Darval we dont have time for you to play with the humans tonight we have to see what all the ruckus was at the castle " Pytez looks over at me with a grumpy facial expression.
" whatever Pytez you act like it's going to be something big it was probably just Zane and Domu fighting again" I say with a shrug.
We get in the SUV as well as Pytez and the other four demons that are with me. We travel to then end of town the keep going for another 10 miles, it brings us right to the huge gates outside my castle . Even though I live here I never get tired of looking at my castle, the way the black and red come together. The black exterior wall and the red pillars with the demon scrip all over them. The perfectly tinted window the way the sun hits it just right and makes the whole place glow; its magnificent, now of course my brother doesnt see it that way but he prefers the castle in hell his design isn't my style.
Once we get inside all the females look at me and Pytez, drooling like wild animals ready to pounce. We ignore them like always and go to the office to see what's going on.
As we walk in you can just smell the blood and it reeks of wolf. I look up to see my third in command holding a little girl up by her hair, now when I say little I mean adult but small in size. " why were you and your kind on my land?" I ask deepening my voice a few octaves. She looks like she trying to be brave but I can see the fear and discuss in her eyes. I could tell she was going to choose silence over the answer I am wanting.
"WHY WERE YOU ON MY LAND, ANSWER ME NOW! YOU FUCKING PATHETIC MUTT " I say with my octive low but voice high, the demons in the room all shiver as my power flows through my words. The wolf then looks up at me crying.
"I didnt know I was on your land, I was fr-frustrated with my brother and he tried to tell me not to g-go to far in this direction because g-granet you demons dont come out this far to go on your land, I didnt feel the p-p-pool of leaving my land other wise I would have turned back I swear! " she tells me while crying. I look down at her and laugh.
"You really are pathetic cant even tell me why you were on my land without crying " I shake my head at her. "Put her in a cage for now. I've got calls to make" I sigh as I sit down I'm my chair.
"You aren't giving her back to her pack are you?" Pytez asks me.
"Yes I am, there's no reason for me to keep her here honestly she looked like she was about to piss herself she probably has never met a demon before let alone the demon king and the last thing anyone needs is a war right now, me and you both know the only pack anywhere near us is the Royal one so let's not have a whole war over some little mutt" I say in a dismissive matter. I really didnt feel like having to allow the wolves my my land not in my home but I dont want a war either.
"Darval are you sure? They could be planning a attack and this was all just a ruse to let your guard down?" Pytez tells me. Damn he has a point.
"I know I do... i always do" Pytez tells me with a smirk on his face.
"Hey fuckhead stay out of mine " i say sternly. He nods and walks out of my office. I'm not looking forward to having to make this call.
I start looking through all my files till I find the last known number or my arch enemy the wolf king.
