Secret of happiness

Long long ago there lived a rich merchant Dhansukhlal. He was so rich everything he wanted but he was not satisfied with what he had & always wanted more & more . He was very afraid even at thought of his wealth get stolen & was very much worried about his wealth

Dhansukhlal also had a bad habbit of complaining about everyone & everything in his life. For eg:" If someone says the ice- cream is really good," he would say" what's so good in this it melts so fast."

One rainny day he was looking outside his window as usual cursing the rain . He was thinking in his mind - "oh god! Why it is raining so heavily I can't even go out to trade my goods ." When he suddenly saw a old begger & a small girl who seemed to be his granddaughter playing in the rain happily, Dhansukhlal was really curious that the begger has nothing but still he is so happy how is this possible!

He quickly rushed towards the begger & asked him " you have nothing but still you are happily playing in rain without any stress & I have this much wealth but I can't sleep even a single day without the stress of securing my money

The begger smiled & answered I have nothing that's the secret of my happiness if I had too much wealth I would be afraid of losing it but I have nothing to lose so I fear nothing. I am satisfied with whatever I have , god has given me enough. So I think self-contentment & positive attitude towards everyone is a secret to be happy.

Dhansukhlal promised the begger that he will keep positive attitude towards others & will try to be self-satisfied with whatever he had. He offered begger to be his servant & said they can live with him & He would sponsor for his granddaughter's education.
