chapter one
It was graduation day, everyone seemed so excited about it! Not to mention that the weather was cool supporting everyone’s joy in the atmosphere.
But there was another booming story for the lovers of the year, Betty and Lucas.
Betty was an orphan, meaning the word rich kid was not applied in her dictionary.
On the other hand, Lucas was popular and famous, he was from a very rich family called GE (great empire) it was known, ’as the richest family in the whole country.’
A month before the graduation, there was a prom party and they called it RE (Remember), it was time for fun.
But the bottom line was to gather the memories of high school life.
None of the two had declared their love, yet both were madly in love.
Impossible insinuated the love between , since they belonged to different worlds, there was no other option.
Lucas a hot shot, and loved by every girl in the school, most of the students thought of him as a playboy,
Betty was not in any place to be with him, since all the times he was with the perfect figures, that were always clambering behind his back.

The night for the blowout!!!
You couldn't tell the beauty that was covered in classic outfits.
For Betty it was a different case, the dress she had planned to wear had vanished.
From nowhere there came a girl that she didn’t even expect, she came and lent her a dress, it seemed that she knew what was happening.
Inevitable it was daintier than the first one, it was black with a slit and a perfect v shape, as it hugged Betty’s body and her curvy hips were revealed, she looked elegant in it, of course she couldn't even afford a nice dress like she got.
So, time had reached, for Lucas with his crew the Sevens to burn the stage, and exactly when the MC called them Betty entered the hall, Lucas’ face looked dejected from the start it seemed he was looking for what he couldn't find.
Betty entered the wall and sat on the hind row, since all the other places were occupied already.
It was really fire when the dancing started, even the one who was deaf felt it, the dance was followed by prominent silence that came unexpected.
Lucas was left to the front, the lights that were turning around circled his face revealed his in-depth dainty.
“I am happy to be here today, but me standing here means nothing else except sharing my testimony with you all”.
“share it,” they shouted out.
“They always say that love is blind,” he began with his captivating voice.
“I could not believe it until I turned to be melted by it.”
Everybody was quiet and eager to hear what is next.
So, he continued, “I don't know what you think of me, but today I want to show you that one person that satisfies me all,”
Everybody cheered for the whoever, for Lucas they knew had changed completely because of this queen.
Isabelle ’she has brown eyes, cute, and very tall she is one of the school perfects,
She started smiling, and couldn't hide it of course she was the most beautiful and in her presence no one else existed,
What surprised and shocked most of the students was that Lucas himself moved from the stage and,
Everybody expected him to choose Isabella who was sitting on the first row with her hand ready to be taken.
But when Lucas reached her, he just by passed as if he didn’t know her, everybody followed him with their eyes.
Betty who was sitting on the last bench not knowing what was taking place stood up wanting to go out to get some fresh air, when she stood up, Lucas pulled her hand and hugged her, the loud voices of the shouting students could break the ceiling,
They seemed happy for the choice that Lucas had made, he covered her eyes and took her to the stage.
The stage was covered with a curtain, but Betty was sent there alone while Lucas remained behind the curtain, the place was dark all the lights were off, after a minute the lights were on and the curtain was removed, Lucas was kneeling in the middle of all his friends.
Betty didn’t know what was taking place until he turned and found Lucas kneeling behind her.
A smile formed on her lips when he said,” I love you Betty, I cannot be happy without you, because not only do you mean a lifetime but nirvana”.
Betty was in a dream because she did not believe what was happening,
But the yes answer was flaunted on her face.
Lucas without even waiting a minute stood up, hesitating was not in his options, he fulfilled the request they were shouting, finally Betty closed her eyes and Lucas’s lips landed on hers.

On graduation day!!
There was Isaac the father of LORD, this was also another rich family called The Lords, he had come to the graduation for his son Liam, but for Livingstone, the father of the Great Empire was not present he just sent the bodyguards,
Lucas was disappointed because he hated how his father was very arrogant, he remembered once when he said that he cannot go to a place where everybody can go because he does not want to meet the rubbish, poor people.
After graduation, Betty said goodbye to Lucas which was not a simple thing. Lucas stared into their eyes Betty not really wanting to let her go, so he bent towards her and whispered these words to her, “don’t break the bond,”
Betty after holding tears for so long couldn’t control them in his eyes, and he embraced her in a warm hug.
One week after graduation Lucas went to visit Betty in the village but for him, he did not reach the village to avoid the paparazzi.
Later, Betty reached the place they had planned to meet, she looked stunning in the white bodycon dress that hugged her body perfectly.
Lucas took her hand and first landed his lips on it, then after leading her to his car that was parked a short distance from where they were standing.
They headed for Bondi beach since it was a request for Betty. They had fun the whole day, went swimming, ate ice cream and went to visit the wishing tree that was there, that promised everlasting love.
It turned dark, in a snap of a second because the two were still holding hands and didn’t want to let go of each other.
Even though they were laughing, Lucas implied a worried face, Betty had noticed it from the start but then she didn’t bother ask because she didn’t want to ruin the mood.
After a long time of hesitating Lucas turned and looked Betty directly in the eyes.
"I love you, but this might be the end of ....” he coughed, “this story."
“You must start new life without me, and you must forget me because it is hopeless for me and you to be together, as you said we come from different worlds so, you are not qualified to be by ma side.
Because am not that powerful to protect you from dad, I need to first gain power and then I will come for you I promise.”
As he finished, his eyes were already moistened, his face revealed a lot of pain but not a half of what he felt on the inside. This was his new side Betty had never seen before.
Betty was not surprised much by what he said because she expected this, but she really cried a lot, even though she couldn’t change anything about it.
Lucas moved closer to her and pulled her to his chest, enclosing her in a forever kiss.
It was a nice morning, the sunshine was bright and soft, Betty woke up and was surprised by the fact that she was in a car with nobody else except the driver.
So, she asked him where they were going, and the driver handed her a letter without turning behind or saying a word.

It’s a tragedy writing this letter, but I had no choice, I know how you feel right now but am a hundred times how you feel now because someone I had given ma heart to is now going away from me.
I have given you a bracelet, that symbolize a member of the Great Empire, you also have a mark of a spider on your neck, and from today you own the marking machine that’s in your hind bag.
Keep it, because it won’t be long, and I will return.
