"Rainbow"

"Rainbow!"my mom yelled, each scream louder then the next.
I tried covering my ears with my pillow, but that was worthless. "RAINBOW! GET YOUR LAZY A** OUT OF BED" she said as she stomped into my room, making sure to give me a glare. As the corners of my lips slowly formed a frown.
"It's your first day of school and your brothers are finishing the food."she said as she stopped yelling. I groaned at the thought of being the new girl but I groaned even louder realizing I'd have to finish showing in five minutes if I still wanted to eat.
I jumped out of bed shivering as my feet touched the cold wooden floor. I quickly ran to the bathroom, stripping off my pajamas, and jumping into the hot shower I had just switched on.
I got out of the shower after 30 minutes (a new record for me), with nothing but a towel wrapped around the top of my bust. I changed into my white turtleneck and navy blue plaid skirt, with matching blazer and grey knee high boots - with a grey purse and Louis Vuitton sunglasses.
I might as well make a good first impression. As I check my outfit in the mirror I decide to tie my dark curly kinky hair into a messy bun, since I couldn't be bothered to deal with it today. I grabbed my blue iPhone XR and car keys.
I looked at the time and it's already 9:45 am, 35 minutes left till school starts and a 20 minute drive to school. I probably should have gotten ready earlier as I have to stop by the admissions office and grab my class schedule, among other various things they said I'm gonna need.
I went downstairs and said goodbye to my mom who was in the kitchen noticing all the food was finish and my dear brothers have left without me. Since my dad has already left for work, I realized that I'd have to drive myself. So I went into the garage and got into my car, a pink Lamborghini - with a white interior, which I had gotten for my birthday last year.
Turning my key and hearing the engine roar to life, I reversed out the garage and waited by the gate for the guards to open the gate and as soon as they did I drove so fast, that I may have passed the speed limit. I switched the car radio on to here Ganja Burn by Nicki Minaj playing. I squealed so loudly that the people driving next to me looked at me, I love this SONG!!! as I sang-more like screamed-along. I was suddenly hit with a anxiety filled bubble as I was now entering the school gates...
Driving in, I immediately started looking for a parking space but then spotted two Lamborghini's, a green and blue one and a figure I could identify as my older brother waving me over to the spot next to the blue one. At least they saved me a parking spot. I quickly gathered up my things, got out of my car and locked it.
"Why did you leave me? And thank you for leaving food for me." I said sarcastically, turning around to face my brothers.
"Well. You take forever and we were hungry." said Jayden, my oldest brother brother.
"I'm leaving you two if you don't stop now." Caleb commented, already walking away. Jayden and I just silently followed after him. Though it seems that Caled and Jayden must've just gotten a proper look at me because, they started telling me to go back and change as my skirt was too 'short'.
"Your booty is hanging out, ain't no one wanna see your booty. Especially us." Caleb said in a disgusted tone.
"Yeah, we don't want people looking at our younger sisters parts. You still have those garbage bags in your car?" He said looking over at Caleb.
"Enough people are staring and my outfits okay."
I said embarrassed and irritated.
"You're walking between us. No arguments." He said the last part firmly after seeing as I was gonna complain. I just nodded, wondering who made Jayden the boss.
"Let's roll." And we were soon strutting in through the doors of the school.
I just hope I'm accepted. I've watched enough teenage films to know that I do not want to be the girl who let's herself get walked all over or mess with the wrong crowd. I pray this day goes smoothly after all, first impressions stick.
