I Choose You

It's 7 pm at night and she's lying in her bed while her friends preparing for their dinner.

"She's okay right?" Nayeon asked, curious to what happened when she enter the apartment earlier she shared with Mina spotting Sana holding a crying penguin in the couch. She and Mina decided to share apartment while Sana stayed at her cousins dorm.

"I hope so.. she's really hurt you know, i never seen her that way before". She's mad, never in her life she think Cheayoung ti just run away like that, she knows the kid is over heels inlove to her best friend. "I thought she would never do that to Mina, i thought Mina was enough for her to try long distance, apparently I'm wrong". Sana just sigh.

"Yeah.. i thought so too, do you think it will affect Mina's intership? She's really down for what I've seen earlier". Concern Nayeon.

"Nah.. i knew Mina, she won't let that happen..next year we will be a residents, and that's our goal especially Mina". Sana stated.

Nayeon just nod. They just continue working with silent. After some time, they finished cooking and it's time for dinner. Sana went to Mina's room, knocking first before entering. "Hey.. dinner's ready" Sana gently said, she offered her hand and Mina gladly took it. Mina faked a smile when she saw her room mates "Hey nabongs" she greeted, Nayeon just give her a pat on the shoulder. "Lets eat.." Sana said.

They eat in silent. Niether one of them not starting a conversation, they just savor the monent while eating. Minutes pass by, a beeping of pager heard from the room. "It's mine guys, gotta go". Nayeon said while grabing her things and giving Mina a side hug "Just lock the door when Sana leaves okay, and you'll be okay.. love you bye". And she's out of the apartment.

The dinner came to an end, Sana wash the dishes while she let Mina wash herself. When she's done, she went to Mina's bedroom and spot her best friend already preparing for bed. Standing in the door frame, Mina notice her. She pats the bed signaling for Sana to sit, she obliged and Mina start to talk.

"I know you've been dying to know what really happen awhile ag--.." but Sana cut her off. "Mitang, you don't have to.. i know your not still ready to talk about it". She really do want to know though but she don't want to see her best friend to start to cry again but Mina is persistant to tell her "it's okay Satang.. it's better to talk than to keep this by myself". Mina is right though, so she let her talk.

She just listen, nodding at the same time. She just let her best friend to talk all the pain she's feeling right now. "I just want that you know.. but why she have to do that, ending our relationship just to pursue her fucking career? Who would do that, me still pursuing my career right now but did i end things with her? NO! She's really unfair, she's selfish. Sana just listen though but she got surprice when her best friend used vulgar words, because Mina doesn't cursed until just now but she just let her continue "If i knew from the start that this will happen to us, i forbid her for applying that damn art school". Mina said covering her face "All i did was to support her" she whispered.

Sana stared at her for awhile before grabing her hand and holding it, gently carresing with her thumb and start to talk. "I know your hurt right now.. hell i don't even know what pain your feeling right now, but one thing i want you to do.. don't let this affect you". Sana pointing at her head, "Maybe this are broken" pointing where her heart "but time will pass, you can get through this.. it hurts right now, but soon it will heal, just bare with yourself, i know you can get over it". Sana voice full of conviction.

And Mina just hug her, yes she'll over come it but she need her best friend beside her to do that. "Yeah.. but i need you in it" Mina said still hugging Sana. Pulling back from the hug, Sana held her best friend arm side to side "I'm always here Mitang.. no matter what, i'm always here.. i'll help you get through this, okay". And that's the only thing Mina needs, she'll try to over come this pain. As long as her best friend will be there beside her all the time, Mina will over come it, not now but maybe.. maybe one day.
