Messy, perfect found family is everything
"From Scarlett facing her past trauma to finally letting herself be loved, this whole arc hit so hard. Seeing her go from scared to fight for others to defending Ayden, opening up to Aaron, and even finding comfort in small acts like making lunch for Roy? Chef’s kiss. The slow burn between her and Aaron feels so genuine, no forced drama. That “are we family?” line from Ayden? I’m crying. This ragtag little group of misfits is exactly what she needed, and seeing them build a home together is pure joy."

"I'm usually not a big fan of dramas... life itself is providing more drama... I don't need to read about it also. I don't know why I started this book, I only know I couldn't put it down. I've never cried so much in my whole life, smiled through the tears and even laughed out loud. I think it takes a knight of an author to write something like this and I want to take off my hat and bow deep. Thanks Author, this was brilliant! It made me think again... and I know the lessons in this awesome book will stay for a very long time. "
