Compelling read
"I started this book this past weekend; things happened, and I had to put it down for a short time. However, when I continued reading this book, it pulled me in like gravity. This book has an appealing British flair to it. I could also see it making its way to an adaptation on Amazon Prime and Britbox. It took me a while to wrap my brain around the British-English grammar; ultimately, I found more compelling to the storyline. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance/drama stories. Great work!"

"If you love romance and drama then you'll love this book. It keeps to the plot throughout and is set in a decent pace that keeps you hooked throughout. It did take me a little getting used to the writing style as it's written in British English, whereas I'm American and generally read books in American English. However, it's easy to read, simple to follow and besides the odd grammatical error, it is well written. I do personally think to rewrite into American English would be more beneficial on a wider scale for it to appeal to a larger audience, however, it's easy enough to follow and understand in the British form. You just have to wrap your head around the spellings of certain words. Scarlet really captivated me from the get-go. I was instantly drawn into her character, her past and her relationships with the people in the story. Dimitri is also certainly my new book boyfriend too! Overall, with the right help and maybe have a professional do some minor reworking with grammar and switching it to American English, this book could go far!"
