Prologue
I hid my face with my hair. It was the first day of high school for me and my best friend Skyler.
What people didn't know is we're way out of their league.
We had powers, I had the power to heal and Skyler had the power of strength, which really came in handy.
"This is going to stink." I said sighing as I saw the stares coming from the crowd of kids.
"Why do they come looking at us?"
"Well maybe because, we are standing outside the school just look at the door." Skyler answered. "And Terra remember, if they put their hands on us we know how to defend ourselves." She said with a smile.
Of course there goes Skyler again showing how strong she is.
Which is true, she could stop a moving trian or a plane if she wanted to. She can simply put her hand in front of you and glow of light will push you back. She could also teleport if she wanted. Best part that came with her strength was force.
But we can't tell no one about our powers if one were to find out we'll have to erase their memory.
My powers to heal are very simple. I put my hands on someone and all I have to do is focus and a glow of light will come from my hand and I can heal you in a second. It doesn't make me tired, or weak at all. It's all natural. So is my power calm people down if in shock, or feeling any other emotion.
Jinx will make me tired, cause that comes through my anger. Bad things will happen if I get pissed off.
We walked up the steps to the front doors of the high school, together we pushed it open and let the light of the room shower over us.
