Prey over predator Law: The law came into play 4 years after cancer was cured. The experimental drug was made to keep children from getting cancer. it was given to newborns as a required drug. The first symptoms of the drug was an increase in hostility in some children while others ran away from confrontations. it was when the children were in their early 20 when an aggressive man raped a timid woman and killed her husband. the woman who was pregnant at the time with her rapist child testified in court. the court ruled in favor of the woman which brought fourth the prey over predator law.
The law helped many people but it was also a law which allowed discrimination. The subclass prey was usually held by rich white citizens. they used the law in their favor causing almost all predator owned business to be shut down. while also bringing forth the calming pill law where all predators be it, man, woman or child would be given opioid drugs to use as a sedative. the new laws did not stop there, the prey school act of 2072 allowed the schools to not let predators in, which led to fewer predator jobs and dropped the predator literacy rate.
The year was 2109 when the first generation of "shifters" brought forth a new meaning for the law. the "shifters" was a generation of kids who taped into their animal side. the "shifters" became in charge of the prey over predator law which gave each class a new meaning. and I quote "A prey is a person who animal would have been eaten in the wild against a predators animal. to protect our prey citizens is our first and lawful right as the ushers of the new world order. the subclass of prey will also help where you fall in life. A predator is a person who has no control of the beast that is inside their bodies. we want to keep them safe by keeping them calm. all calming pill shall become higher and predators only towns shall be built."
In 2121 the law was abolished allowing newly integrated schools but not the way the predators were treated. the predators were allowed primary education but the secondary was a private business operation, and they wanted predator to stay below a 3rd-grade education.
2131 the first predator class was instated at happy pasture secondary school, "the freedom" class. the class was given a calming collar to keep them from harming the prey students. the calming collars where to systematically inject a new lower dose liquid calming drug into students in when they were to ever try to harm a prey student. But a new doctor thought that was too easy on the them so he made a special collar that injects a the liquid but also shocks them to cause a state of confusion
