Interesting Premise, Potential to be Great

"With the state of the world as it is right now, dystopian fiction seems to be closer to reality than it ever was. Nuclear catastrophes have always fascinated people's minds. Probably because it's the most likely way we'll wipe each other out. Stories on them promise a look into extensialism, survival, transformation, and morality, and by the tags on this book and the prologue posted, this story seems like it will follow in the tradition of others before it. I'm talking about classics like "Alas Babylon" or "Metro 2033". What I like about this story's premise is that it will have a love story. Because in a world of a nuclear winter, what is more essential than love itself. A slow burn, as the story advertises, seems appropriate to the setting and I look forward to it. Aoki seems likable (a must for me when it comes to love stories) and I'm eager to read about Sarah. All in all, the potential is there for this story to be something memorable. I'll be patiently waiting for the next chapter to be released."
