Summary

Buggy is a normal school girl who is cheery and goofy, and doesn't mind being the last one in the conversation. She will do anything for her friends, and others in need, and excels at all of her classes. But she does mind being the last to talk. She never takes time to consider herself. She thinks she is an idiot, that everyone secretly hates her. She believes she is selfish. And to make matters worse, she has Theodore. Theodore is the name of the voice she can hear. He believes he is doing her good by telling her what a wretch she is. These stories are based of my real-life experiences, so if I don't update too often, that's because I'm doing good!

The Silence

bugs sat quietly, shaking violently from terror.

It was too loud.

she had to escape.

but how? with everyone so quiet, so alert, she could never leave. but how could she sit here, with everything this loud? bugs scanned the room. no one had seen her yet. good. her eyes began to search the room for a way out, but quickly ducked her head, eyes flapping shut. the voices! they were getting louder, to loud for her to hide much longer. no, no, bugs, you can do this. just a little pain... she reached for her pocket, pulling out a pencil. she dug it into her arm, using her hoodie to hide it. it's ok, bugs. it's- she gasped silently. it was to loud. tears began rolling down her soft cheeks as she tried to hide her face. breaking the silence amongst her peers, bugs sobs rang through the air.

"damn it..." her voice croaked. she had tried so hard, had sworn today be the day she'd be the one in control of the voices. or at least not cry because of the loudest one. the one who hated her most had decided to make a visit.

'sorry bugs.' he whispered triumphantly, 'though really, why would I let you sit here and think your failure was acceptable? you can't just fail wherever you go.'

bugs winced. people were staring with widened eyes. pitying eyes. look away, please. I don't want your pity. look away. the loudest flipped to the front of bugs, with annoyance painted on his face, 'bugs, are you really more concerned about people looking at you? you really are so self centered. honestly, shouldn't you be more concerned on actually succeeding on something for once? a failure like yourself doesn't deserve the pity of these people anyway!'

bugs gulped down a sob. 'Yeah, yeah, your right. Your right, Theodore.'

'aren't I always right though? dry up. I don't wanna have to deal with your narcissist ass again today.' and with that, Theodore left.

bugs felt a tap on her shoulder, "bugs? what is it? are you ok?"

it was emile. great. forcing a smile through her burning cheeks, she laughed, "yeah, i'll be fine. I just...need a minute. really."

emile didn't look convinced. "are you sure? you need a hug?"

bugs winced, "no. I don't need a hug. thank you though, emile."

after what seemed to be pouting, emile left to join the silence once more. now bugs voices were but whispers, and she, to, could join the silence. For now.
