Y/N POV
“It’s just another boring day!” I said to my best friend, Taehyung as we sipped coffee.
“Just like you!” Tae says poking his tongue out.
“HEY! Stop it!” (get it?! STOB IT LOL OK imma stop) I say pouting.
“L/N Y/N!! PARK JIMIN!! COME HERE! ” says the chief.
“K got to go see ya later Tae!” I say as I run along with Jimin to meet the chief (btw he’s your partner and your best friend. Its like a gang but you are more close to Taehyung .).
“Do you know why Yoongi called us?” “Nope” He says looking at me like I’m gone crazy.
“Ok!” I say with a shrug as we go to Chief Min’s office (lol I don’t know why it sounds funny) .
“The amazing officers are finally here.” he says with sarcasm.
“Thanks a lot Yoongi.” I mumble.
“Why did you call us here Chief?” Jimin says.
“Coming to that, there is a new case for you. It’s a murder case. The police caught the guy. His name is Jeon Jungkook. He has been arrested for killing the CEO of RM enterprises, Kim Namjoon. I need you to interrogate him. You can take help from the other officers if you want. I’m giving this case to you since you both are two of the most trusted and talented detectives here AND.DON’T.CALL.ME.YOONGI.DURING.WORK.HOURS.” he grumbles.
“Ok Chief Min.” Me and Jimin say together. We then leave his office.
“I can’t believe he managed to kill the CEO of RM enterprises! They have such high security!” I say astonished.
“I can’t believe it either” he replies the same expression on his face.
“So where is this guy?” Jimin asks.
“I have no idea”
“Let’s ask someone” Then we spot Taehyung and his partner, Baekhyun.
“Do you guys know where the new criminal is?” we ask.
“Oh Jeon Jungkook?” Baekhyun asks.
“Yep” “He’s in the cell number 19"
“Thanks Bacon!” I say.
“No problem Y/N.”
“So what are we standing here for?” Jimin asks.
“Let’s go!”
*Time skip* (in Jungkook’s cell)
“So you’re Jeon Jungkook.” “Yes” he says softly.
He’s cute and handsome.....wait WHAT AM I EVEN THINKING?!!
“And you killed Kim Namjoon.”
“No” he said his voice being strangely calm but harsh at the same time.
“Why did you kill him?” Jimin asks with anger filled in his voice.
“I didn’t kill anyone. I have no idea why I am here when I didn’t do anything.” he says.
“You are talking to detectives here. Aren’t you scared?” say.
“I didn’t do anything why should I be scared?”
“Jimin, I’m done please handle him.” I say already tired and done with this guy.
Jimin POV
I grab Jungkook by the collar while aiming my gun at him.
“Why did you kill Kim Namjoon and for what? You better tell our I won’t hesitate to shovel this gun up your throat.” I asks anger evident in my voice.
I and Namjoon were childhood friends. The fact that the guy who killed him is right in front of my eyes and not admitting that he didn’t kill him angered me.
“Look I didn’t kill him. What will you even get if you kill me? Only another dead body to deal with.” He says calmly.
How can he be calm in THIS situation? Guess what I’m done too. No wonder Y/N couldn’t deal with him.
“Y/N, we need help.”
Y/N POV
“I think we need help too. I’m going to ask Bacon and Tae to help us with this guy here.” I say going to fetch Baekhyun and Taehyung.
I start searching for the two detectives. I hope they don’t have anything to do now. I find Baekhyun and Taehyung sitting in a table in the cafeteria.
“HEY! Baek and Tae are you guys free?” I ask with hope.
“Yep. What’s the matter? I thought you had to interrogate Jungkook?” Taehyung asks and Baekhyun nods his head.
“Ah. About that, me and Jimin are having a hard time dealing with that kid. Come and help please.” I almost beg.
“K let’s go!” Baekhyun says excited because he was literally about to die out of boredom.
