Chapter 1
"Breathe." I told myself as I was freaking out. I have to be calm to figure a way out of here. The deep dark and scary woods. I guess I just have to find trails that could possibly lead out of here.
This girl is 10 years old. She is lost in the woods and doesnt know how to get out. She has been lost in the woods for about a week now. She misses her mom very much and wants to go home and see her. She does miss her dad even though she has very faint memories of him since her parents are not together anymore. She used to go and see him every weekend.
Crunch! The girl gasps. "What was that?" The girl says.
"That was just a branch snapping." A voice says from a little ways
"A-and who are you!?" Said the girl with a shakey voice.
" I'm Jonny. He says as he approaches the girl. I have been lost in the woods for a few days now and I dont know how to get out are you lost too?" Jonny asks. "And who are you." Jonny asks before she could answer his first question.
" I'm Maya. Yes I am lost in these woods too I have been lost for about a week now. I want to go home I miss my mom and dad I just want to see their faces and hug them and never let go."
"I know how that feels I have been lost before. It is no fun. If you'd like I'll stay with you and we can find a way out of here together." Said Jonny
"Yes I would love that. Just a warning tho I get scared easily. Maya responds.
"Okay then we will stick together until we find a way out of these woods."
"Okay."
Off the two kids went to find a trail to get out of the woods to find their parents but little did they know the trail they were following led to something spooky.
