The Dark Realm - A Cross Dimention Story

This is the first page of my journal. You could call it a diary if you want. So, many people live on the light side of the world. I live on the dark. I know how it's like there, some books have gone over to us. We live in constent fear, because lights keep invading our homeland. I dont care, as long as they dont bother me. I've seen people get killed many times here by lights. I dont know why they do it. We dont usually attack them, most of the time they attack themselfs. I appoligise for any spelling or grammer mistakes, I wasnt very good at english in school. It takes about a day for the news in the light side to get over to us, so we dont really ever know whats happing. If your wondering about the government, our government is a democracy. I dont know if you know what that is, so its where people vote for leaders. But only men 18+ with alot of magical power can vote, so its kinda unfair. In the light I hear that people can have a varity of magical levels, ranging from very weak magic to very strong. Here, if you dont gain your magic young you stay weak, and people are usually weak or strong. I couldnt get my magic, and my parents abandoned me. They have been a family of strong magics for decades, and i failed them. I live in the streets, there isnt any orphanages around. I have a friend named Tyler who is in the light, but he doesnt visit anymore. He is too busy or he doesnt like the fact that im weak. I trained mysef to use a handgun, for defence.

I got this journal about 2 months ago. I havent used it, but I just read about two men from the light going into the dark relm. So, I wanted to record this in a journal so that people can see how it is here. The light is scary, yes.

Theres this giant warphole in the middle of the ground. When we look it, we see a bunch of little white dots and funny clouds. I wonder what that is. No one is coming through. Some people are thinking of jumping in to see whats going on, but i dont see why they would want to. Someone actually jumped in. What an idiot.

I just realized that i didnt say my name yet. I am Chase Rettus.

So, nothing is really happening. I guess i'll write again tomorrow.
