Chapter 1
There he goes again. That golden tan skinned blond haired blue eyed boy, Sam Hemsworth, making a ruckus again with his crowd of friends. He was always in his spot at 2pm exactly. Talking up the troops or rather jocks at the Little Pizzerria, in College Town. If only I could find away to shove this garlic roll, from my lunch, up his tiny cute little mouth. Ugh! What was wrong with me. Oh yeah, I remember I was on my period and that’s the reason why I was so horny. Okay I siked myself up, all you have to do is go up to them and ask them to tone it down, I’m studying. I closed my eyes and repeated it underneath my breath. When someone yelled heads up. And a football collided with the side of my head.
I stopped what I was doing and opened my eyes to the throbbing pain and a big huge bump on the side of my head. The impact hurt worse. But I could only imagine how long and how much the bump on the side of my head would hurt.
“Are you okay?” A guy runs up to me and asks.
I close my eyes again and touch the side of my head. I was considering resting my head against the tables cold to put down the swelling. That or fainting.
“Hey miss are you okay?” The guy says again and touches my arm.
“What do you think?”
Immediately I open my eyes and use my hands as a defense. Only to see that it was in fact golden boy himself. That’s what I called him, Mr. Perfect President Jock Man. All in notation with air quotes.
“Oh, sorry” I said immediately standing up. I don’t know why I’m apologizing but I feel the rush go to my head and quickly I sit back down.
“No, I think you should stay seated for a while” Sam Hemsworth. Not formally related to the Hemsworth brothers on Televison said.
“I’m, sorry about throwing the ball so far and inside the cafeteria. Is there anything I could do”
“Yeah, you can tone it down and leave me alone. You’ve almost ruined a perfectly good lunch of mine” Which was a Mediterranean pasta salad with a pita bread roll. Mind you I don’t mean to sound harsh but that’s how my mellow toned voice always sound out to be. When I’m being sarcastic. Not that he would know a thing or two about saracasm. This was my way of flirting. He wouldn’t get it. Because like all jocks, they’re too pea brained to notice.
He gave me a funny look. “Yeah but I was only apologizing, look I can take you to see a nurse. If that’s alright.”
Oh boy an attitude. Like I really wanted to be here for the middle of that. I started to pack up my study things and the rest of my lunch. I stood up.
“Look I’m fine, it’s just that I’d rather go about my way and suck up to one you losers.”
“Hence saying this from a pale girl who is decked out in all black” he says sarcastically.
Immediately I look up from my stuff. He was definitely being sarcastic. So much for me being affluent in the world of pea brained jocks. But then again a pea brained jock wouldn’t be the first in his class or have the full support of his dad, the president of the school on his side.
I opened my mouth to speak.
“No offense” he said
“None taken” I responded awkwardly. I looked at my watch. Today was the first day of classes since spring break and I had to finish up and get to class on time.
He grabbed my roll and took a bite out of it.
“See ya around goth girl” he said with a wink.
It was on.
