What is your opinion?

Amazing!

"I read the first book and really like it but the second is my new favourite! I loved the poetic words the way the characters were talked about from another viewpoint. The characters evolved and so did the author. Great story. Not just some regular werewolf book. Something new and exciting! Thank you!"

Wolf’s Bane

"The second book in this amazing series. This writer has an exceptional gift with words and some parts of this book are like poetry. I am enthralled with this story and wish I could express myself even half as well as the writer."

Wolfsbane, book 2

"This is a pretty good book. There are some places where it drags a bit and parts that ramble that really don’t make much sense but still it’s a good book and you have a great imagination. Strange, but great. really like Alice and Colton and I’m glad that Alice and her Dad are on much better terms. Would’ve liked to have had more closure on the Darby mess but maybe in another book. Anyway I’m off to share this thanks and please keep writing"

A Page Turner

"It was a very fitting second part for Wolf's Wife. In this story, we see that something from Alice's past has returned to haunt her, and she won't take no for an answer. Alice and Colton will have to find a way to get rid of her before it's too late, and it won't be easy, because as this person from the past becomes more desperate, things will get harder. In the middle of this, Alice will need to make a choice about trusting Colton with things she's too ashamed to admit, and she'll need to deal with her father, who isn't too happy about the way she's doing things. The story is amazing. Tension is present in every page as we follow Alice trying to figure out how to save her life with Colton and keep everyone safe from the obsessed people from her past. Throughout the story we will learn more about what Colton is, about Alice's mother's past and about Alice's witch powers. I love that the lore is very unique, in a familiar way, since it's very different from the overused alpha-fated mates trope, and yet it is heavily inspired in ancient tradition and lore. I won't say anything to not reveal, but suffice to say that witches are not benevolent, and werewolves have a lot more to do with these myths than the Twilight copycats we've grown used to. I won't lie, it's so refreshing to be able to read through a story and discover its lore throughout its pages. It's such a beautiful feeling to be hooked to a story because I'm so thirsty to know more and more and more. Most of the werewolf stories use the same lore, so there is no sense of wonder, of curiosity, of discovering. The moment you see the main character smell roses and cinnamon, you already know what it is about. I honestly missed this feeling of discovery, of entering a whole new world and having to find each piece so I could get a more clear understanding of what is going on. The only thing I didn't enjoy that much was the smut. Don't get me wrong, the story is beautifully written and the author does know her way around words. Those scenes are very well done, but it did reach a point where they interfered with the plot advancement to interrupt it, yet added nothing to the story. It wasn't enough to make me stop reading, as I was so hooked to the story anyways, but I wouldn't have missed it if a few of these scenes were removed. In particular, the car one was the worst offender. The story, as I said, is beautifully written, in a way that it creates a very clear image of what's going on, as well as the feelings and thoughts of the characters involved. The characters themselves are very fleshed out, which adds to the depth of the world that surrounds Alice. There was this one in particular, Gretchen, which I am very fond of because in the many scenes she's in, you get such a clear idea of what she's like. She is also a reflection of Alice herself, in a way that she represents what Alice would be if she chose a different path. It's a very well inserted character, and yet, she shows so much contained strength, like a horse that's tight on the rein because that's the only way to keep her pace steady. It is a very good book and I highly recommend it."

"Really loved this story<3 it was so well written and even though I haven't experienced something very toxic, i still felt the very emotions Alice had felt. It made me see different perspectives in life and in the situation where Alice is in. Thank you for this! "

Wolfs Bane (Monstrous Hearts 2)

"The writing is quite beautiful and poetic. An unusual story not of a werewolf with a pack, but of a loan man who is sometimes a wolf and a wolf who is sometimes a man. The chemistry and love between them was raw, honest and... just different to anything else I’ve read. I really enjoyed both books and I look forward to reading more of this writers style! "

Wolf's Bane (Monstrous Hearts #2)

"Yaaaaasssssssss 💕 I felt so satisfied with Alice their wasn't ever a time where I thought meeeh you sillybilly why didn't you do this or that!! For me you were able to give Alice constant growth throughout the whole story (idk if that makes sense) for example in a lot of other books that I have read on here the main character whom has gone through or done something "traumatic" stays in this rut which results in them making dumb/unnecessary decisions for 99% of the book (meaning there is fuck all growth in ones character)I guess it was just really nice and refreshing to read and actually see the character grow from the start of the book to the finish an not just at the last 1%... I read the 1st book to this series soooo there is no surprises that this was equally as awesome and I cannot wait to read the next one. Thank you for these gems xx"
