Chapter 1
Once upon a time there was two kingdoms separated by magic. One u couldn't enter and the other no one could escape. Adorlan was the only kingdom that survived from the great war between the gods of heaven and the one true demon lord Aslin. Aslin wanted nothing but power so everyone thought, until he realized there was a part of him missing, his other half. He never thought that there would be a day anyone could love him, until a servant girl Anna Lynn turned 17 to find the other half of her soul, anna lynn was born the heir of Adorlan but was hidden from the world no one knew of her and that was how it should've been, but Aslin didnt care of that he just wanted to be fixed.
Aslin and anna lynn fell in love but it didnt last more than a year because she fell into darkness, Aslin could not be fixed. Anna lynn died because he brought her out into the world and no one could accept the fact that the royal bloodline of leesia had survived they wanted to get rid of her so they murdered her in cold blood.
Aslin tried to move on but he called on a magic user a necromancer to resurrect his love anna lynn leesia, but when anna lynn came back she wasn't the same she relied on the blood of the fallen king of Grelane, to remain young and beautiful. Soon Aslin realized this and he couldn't bear his anna lynn to depend on the life force of others, so he destroyed her again.
He is forced to wait another lifetime until he can be reunited with his other half but he'd be damned if he will have to lose her again because he was selfish.
