"This story’s got me hooked so far. The roommate chaos, Emery’s sharp voice, and that tense past reveal are already pulling me in. The characters feel messy and real, not just tropes, and the little banter and awkward moments hit way too close to home. Curious to see where the party invite and her new job lead—definitely feels like there’s more simmering under the surface."
