Sephony {Book 2} (DISCONTINUED)

A flower crown sits upon her head, with bright and beautiful flowers from her garden. The woman smiles at her enemy, as she raises an eyebrow.

"Any last words?" She asks the woman kneeling before her in death.

"You will never forget me, for as long as you are a queen." The woman gasps out as her life drains out of her. The woman laughs at this as she remembers what she's done to her.

"Oh, darling, you are so naive. I am not a queen, I am the queen." She states simply as she watches the woman before her choke on her own blood and die.

"Well, it seems someone was under prepared. Pity." She replies as she pats Cerberus on the head without as much as a blink as to what she just did.

The woman turns back to her throne and sits down. The flowers on her crown wilting faster the more her rage got control of her. A hand comes and grabs onto her and she sighs out in pleasure at the relief. With a single touch the rage was gone and the flowers was blooming again. The smell of lilies and roses catching her attention as she turns her gaze to her mate. The last thought upon her mind as her rage completely drifted away, was the image of a man, with a bloodied crown.
