Author's Note

Please be aware in this story there are triggering conversations and situations that can upset some readers. Some triggering dialogue about abuse, kidnapping and similar topics presented in the first book are mentioned in this book.

That said, this book is not going to be as violent and upsetting as the first, as it is intended to be a light, wholesome and healing sort of romance. There are however, mentions of things that happened in the first installment, The Way Out of the Dark, as well as situations involving kidnapping, spousal neglect, violence/murder and themes of PTSD and trauma by abusers.

In addition, If you are coming straight from The Way Out of the Dark, you are in the right place. If you haven't read the first book in this series, I highly recommend it as it may not make sense to some readers. I have an excerpt of the first on this very page, however it is only available on Galatea, where I am published. If you are interested, it does help me make patronage and you would be supporting me.

If not, please enjoy the story.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
