What really happened
Hey guys! I want to tell you a story that is a scar in my memory... Forever. Whenever you're reading this, this event happened on Thursday November 14th 2019. Now let me explain.
Most people know that i do gymnastics. Well if you don’t, theyou go. But what most people don’t know is that I have Anxiety about people breaking bones and stuff like that. Hah, Well that’s a coincidence. because what i said in the summary exactly what happened to a girl. (looked about maybe 11). who was doing the most simple thing. Jumping up and down.
It was a normal day for me. School, drive, gymnastics, But what I didn’t know was that it was all going to change at about 6:00. Bars is my least favorite event in gymnastics. Definitely, But not this day! Bars was going great! i did everything right and like i was suppose to. When we were done, My coach didn’t know what to do next. After a short amount of time she decided that we would go tumble on the tumble track. (The tumble track is like a long trampoline for us to to flips on.) Now we all like tumbling... except for me. every time we go I always get hurt. No matter what. When all of us finally got over there, We realized there was a girl doing Rec class. ( Rec class is like for people not competing and doing it just for fun.) (it’s also really really easy.) Crystal ( my coach) asked if we could join. Of course she said yes and that it was no problem, so our whole team squished into the line. We noticed that all she was doing was straight jumps. I can bet all of us were like “YES, this is our moment to show off!” Crystal told us to do some front flips.( front tucks) We were all doing then like a piece of cake. I could tell she was like “how do they do that!” They she went... I was the next one. I had to watch the whole thing. As she was running i could tell something was going to happen. And something did. She tore her ACL. HOW THE HECK DO YOU TEAR YOUR ACL BY DOING STRAIGHT JUMPS! i was shocked. She kept saying thinks like ” DON’T TOUCH IT” “I’M GOING TO DIE.” but the one thing she said that made me cry and made me feel the most sick in a long time was... My bone is coming out. She screamed that about 5 times. Thats when i really thought she WAS going to die. I know i stupid. And i know that she obviously wasn’t going to die but i that moment i really thought she was. And that's A Scar In My Memory... forever
