Chapter 1
"Blessing of grace and peace be with you today and every day" my dear grandmother always said this to me and she still says it in every morning like a spell to open my eyes.
“Grace Graaaace !!! did you finish preparing your self ” sunny asked loudly.
Sunny is my grandmother’s name I find it so cute and it suits her I am used to calling her by her name it a habit and she doesn’t mind it.
“Okey okey sunshine I am coming “I replied to her and while I go down the stairs I heard her soft voice singing those old classic songs that I barely understand but I love so much to listen to them especially if it was sunny ’s voice.
sunny looked at me and smiled and I smiled back to her. she served me my plate it was her usual breakfast pancake and milk since I was a kid.
we eat it together I cleaned the plates and I asked her to go back to rest because she was sick but it seemed that she didn’t accept her sickness.
“Okey dear I will go back to rest but if you need anything just call me I would like to go with you in your interview but I know I will just be a bother to you,” she said while putting her warm hands on my cheeks.
“Sunny please stop saying that you are not a bother I would sacrifice everything to see you healthy again smiling and enjoying your life and this is at least what I can do for you after everything you have done to me “I was saying this fighting my tears to not come out I didn’t want her to see me crying .
she gives my handbag, kissed me and said goodbye, I kissed her back and waited for her to go to her room I must ensure that she will rest while I am not here.
I was going to do a job interview hopefully I get the job, my sunny medicine is pricey and I need to get the money quickly for her sake.
well, this is my first day writing in a diary and I forgot to present my self hhhhh.
well, my name is grace as you noticed, I live with sunny she is not my real grandmother she found in the bus station near her house when she was 55 years old. I don’t know my parents or my real name I don’t care really about this subject or did i ” fake it till I made it “.
for my physical appearance I guess I am not the one who will judge every person will see me in a different way some ugly some beautiful and some normal but it not really an important thing so I don’t care .i have very long wavy black hair all the credit go to sunny she didn’t allow me to cut my hair that much she was always telling that she loved my hair and reminds her of calm night , I have big eyes one blue and the other was hazel it called Heterochromia sometimes its scared people especially kids but this is what I like the most in my self, I am very tall and healthy I really don’t know what is my skin color is not white Marry says I am pale so let it be .
my personality is really a hard thing to describe but I will try so , I am really calm person who likes to fight and talk inside their minds and people says that I am innocent but that is not true I really have a dirty imagination I think all people they are like that but they don’t admit it . I go where the wind takes me but I planned all the things I can control I am not stupid after all.
I am waiting for my only friend in Blackheath ( London ) where I lived my whole life, Marry was my childhood I think we met for the first time at the age of six I don’t remember.
“Grace sorry I didn’t set the alarm last night I was at my boyfriend’s house sorry it was a quite a hot night ” she gives me a smirk and I sight like what should I do to her bad habits.
" that fine marry I know you very well because of that I told you to come to the bus station 2 hours earlier so it alright I am not late for the interview ” I smiled at her.
" This is your problem grace you always plane thing you should let it down sometimes,” she said this while staying next to me touching my shoulders.
“I don’t have time to the waist and you know I can’t join you in your parties” I replied to her
“do you want to hear what did I do last night with Daniel ” she talked in excitement with wide eyes.
“yes, sure I would like ” hopefully she forget about open your heart and mind subjects I am tired of them.
“well you know i was dating Daniel for one weak now and we already love each other so I decided to stay at his house last night and we slept together it was full of passion and it was very intense I was nearly losing my mind melting with the warmth of his hard body you should try this if you want I can hook you up with someone of my guy friends if you want ” she talked seriously without even turning red from her word from before .
“No thank you Marry I am not ready to be in a relationship you know I am scared of them I don’t trust my self nor a guy I don’t know before” I replied while startling it a habit when I get stressed about something.
“You fool you don’t need to be in a relationship to sleep with a guy but after all it your choice I just hope that you don’t stay virgin all your life ” she sighed when she finished talking.
I just smiled at her and hug her.
the bus came and the two of us get in, I put on my headphones and played my favorite piano pieces” moonlight sonata" by Beethoven yeah I know some people like Marry find it so old and boring but I love it and makes me relaxed.
the bus moves and the fresh air touches my face and my hair is a great feeling. we are going to Kensington Marry said it was a rich and successful area because that she accepted to go with me hhh I don’t care anyway all I know is the company I want to work for did the interview there.
