Prologue
A life in the light
Has become dark inside.
She needs someone
To be there for her,
But love is gone,
A pearl in the dust.
I wonder why, destiny is wicked
To her. She's just a teenager,
In a world
That makes no sense!
I see her crying
In her sleep,
Dreaming into the deepest deep,
Not nearly as bright as she was before;
The girl with a wonder lit atmosphere
And a crackle for a laugh: warmly sweet.
Well that girl's gone now, with the wind,
A hollow chill in her place - dark;
The darkest she could ever be.
