“You have got to be kidding me.” Herschel was looking at the computer screen, rolling his eyes over the tweet because he was simply, so to put it, disgusted.
“What’s it say?” Val walked on over to the computer and looked at the screen. “What kind of thing is the Girl Guy Theory?”
Herschel looked at Val, “I’m going to click on the link dumbass! I just can’t believe this tweet has gotten over 100k retweets and a lot of likes.”
“Well, click on it-”
“I’m going to Val.” Herschel gritted his teeth as he went ahead and clicked onto the link.
The website, HeartsAnon.com, was a mixture of pinks and blues. It has several different tabs and features. Hearts Anon, or Hearts Anonymous, is a very popular website dedicated to giving out tips, advice, and much more on romance, dating, sex, relationships, and plenty of other topics in relation to love.
But that’s not what Herschel and Val were there for, not at all.
“Hey Val, do me a favor and read the theory.” Herschel stated as he highlighted the article entitled The Girl Guy Theory.
“Sure thing! Just, move out of your chair first.” Val motioned his hands as Herschel sighed. Herschel got up from his chair and moved around to Val’s spot. It was then that Val sat in the chair and Herschel was right beside him.
“Well, read it.” Herschel stated.
Val then read the article: “I, Hearts Anonymous, have come up with a theory that I like to the call The Girl Guy Theory. It is a theory in which the female goes to, or falls in love with, the guy first. The guy doesn’t go for the girl, rather, the girl goes for the guy. There’s more to this Theory than just the going for and falling in love. Below is a list of other things that the girl does instead of the guy. “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!” Herschel snapped. He was quite mad with the theory, very mad in fact. “This theory can be concluded in one word.”
“And what would that be?” Val asked.
“Simple! Bullshit.” Herschel hated the theory. And he had a perfect idea for it. “Let’s go see Navessa, her friend, and tell her about it.”
“Great idea!” Val got up from his chair as the two of them walked over towards the door and exited the room.

“So, this theory....Girl Guy Theory, correct?” Navessa was twirling her black hair in her fingers as if ignoring Val and Marcellus.
“Yep! That’s the one! Val and I thought of it to be completely and utterly bullshit.” Marcellus stated quite proudly as he looked at Navessa along with her friend, Coriss.
Coriss was getting up from computer and looked at all three. “The post. That girl guy theory post from Hearts Anonymous or whatever?”
“Yeah, and...?” Navessa questioned her as Coriss walked on over to the table, then to the couch to go see them.
“The blog post currently has over 300K Hits.”
“WHAT?!” They all got off the couches as they quickly scrambled their way over to the computer. Coriss was right. Even they couldn’t believe that the post itself was at over 300,000 views.
Marcellus then had an idea. It was crazy, but it might actually work for them. “I have an idea!”
“And what might that be exactly?” Coriss asked as they all were looking at the computer screen.
“A theory can only be true unless we prove it! We need to test this theory out!” Marcellus slammed his fist onto his hand.
“And how do you suppose we do that?” Val asked, slightly annoyed.
“Well, all I need is-”
Navessa waved her hand in a “please stop talking” motion. “Okay, Marcellus, I will do it with you.”
“Do what...?”
“This dumb theory. The Girl Guy Theory. We can truly see if the girl falls for the guy faster than the boy.” Navessa stated.
“Alright, that’s fine by me!” Marcellus stated.
And so was the start of proving the Girl Guy Theory as true or false.
