The Dominant Omega | Taegi

Humming as he walked, the young omega caught the eye of every person that passed him, and he relished in the attention as he returned the smiles.

As his familiar apartment building came into view, the young man smiled even wider, ready to relax before going out for the night. Work had been more stressful than usual, one of his alpha patients had attempted to make a move on him, but luckily a guard had been there to restrain the registered sex offender.

Moments like that made others question why an omega would work as a prison psychiatrist, but they wouldn’t understand his answer. Taehyung enjoyed observing the alpha inmates and enjoyed the power he held over the criminals.

After making his way to his apartment and unlocking the door, Taehyung finally entered his living room and had been standing there for less than five seconds before another omega decided to smother him and hook his legs around the taller man’s waist. All Taehyung did was smile and rub the shorter man’s back, he’d missed his best friend and soulmate.

“Hey Chimmie, how was your day?”

The older man took his head off of Taehyung’s chest looked up at him with glistening eyes causing Taehyung’s arms to immediately tighten around the small boy’s body.

“There was a meanie that called me dumb Tae Tae. I was doing my very best but I spilled his coffee on the floor and made him very angwy. I said sawy and made him a new coffee wight away giving it to him for free, but he was still mad and my boss was angwy at me too and threatened to fire me but I wike my job hyungie! I didn’t mean to be a bad boy Tae Tae,” the small little was now sniffling as his speech blurred between big and little space and Taehyung wiped a tear off of the emotional child’s cheeks, silently fuming at the nerve of that customer.

Jimin regressed at the smallest of things, though he seemed to be very coherent at the moment Taehyung knew he would get littler as the day went on, so he only kissed the little’s forehead and whispered praises and comforting words in his ears as he carried the boy to the kitchen to make a bottle. He attempted to set the little omega on the counter while he got the milk out, but the small boy refused to let go so the taller only huffed as he struggled to get the bottle out of the cabinet with the koala hanging off of him.

“Jiminie is sawy for being a bad boy hyungie,” the little whispered the words to his caretaker before his eyes glazed over slightly and he succumbed to baby space, and he eagerly grabbed at the bottle Taehyung was almost done making, incoherent gurgles escaping his mouth.

“Jiminie is a good boy,” that was all the caretaker said as he smiled fondly at the little and gave him the bottle, walking towards their shared room to properly clothe the little.

He laid the boy on his bed while he picked out Jimin’s favorite onesie that turned the little into a rabbit. He loved bunnies. Walking back to the bed, the caretaker changed his little as gently as possible, hoping that if he was careful enough he could put the little down for a nap. Once the little was changed Taehyung began to sing lullabies as he tucked the boy into their bed, his low voice lulling the little to sleep as he climbed in next to him. Once the little had finished his bottle and was on the brink of slipping into a deep sleep, he muttered a word and curled into his caretaker’s chest.

“Dada.”

Taehyung smiled fondly while feeling a bit sad. Their relationship was completely platonic and he desperately wanted to find Jimin’s mate so the boy could have a caretaker that could fulfill all of his needs. He knew that the little needed more than meaningless fucks and was very different from him, Jimin needed constant comfort and reassurance, someone to take care of him. Hopefully the little found his mate.

“Are you ready to get fucking hammered Tae?” The once sullen boy was now the life of the party, full of sunshine and energy as he basically skipped into the club, his best friend following him silently with a smile.

“When am I not Chim?” The two intertwined their hands and pretended that they didn’t feel all of the eyes trailing up and down their bodies and the men drooling at their skimpy clothes.

Damn, they enjoyed the attention way too much.
