Sing in the Shadows

When the day is done, and the shadows fall to the Earth. I hear an angel sing in the darkness. A song long forgotten by the happy at heart and the ones that have love flowing threw their veins. A song that is haunting and quiet and can only be sung in the stills of the night. Under a hood of sorrow she sings to the night. she sings quiet at first as the sun falls short, but as the moon comes back to settle with her she catchesa her breath and sings out loud. She sings In the shadows a powerful song, melodies of the forgotten and lost. A flow of words and hums that only those who are the dark would know. a familiar melody that Only the lonely, only the wayward soul can hear, only the broken. So they gather one by one, drawn to the sound of this night angel soothing the souls of the heartless. One by one they gather... Till the sun will shine again , until then, the angel will sing in the shadows for them.
