CHAPTER ONE 💜
As Jungkook crouched in front of the cage that house a small boy hybrid, he felt his heart stop at the state the boy was in.
The boy had managed to push himself as far away from the front of the cage as possible. His body shock with either the coldness of the room or the fear of being here, something that Jungkook couldn't decided on. The boy had his legs against his chest. His ears were flat on his head and his tail ( if you could even call it that) was hanging by the side of his body, limp and mangled.
From what Jungkook could see from where he sat. The boy had bruises all the way up his arms and legs. His hair hung over his face. The boy looked like he was in terrible condition. It broke Jungkooks heart to see a hybrid treated in such a way.
"Sir. We have much better hybrids in the other room." A young man that stood behind Jungkook said. The young man had showed Jungkook around the centre. Only jungkook had become curious about the room at the end of the hallway and decided to venture down that way.
The young boy ran after him after realizing that jungkook had left the main room of hybrids.
As Jungkook had enter the room it was silent. No sound. Not a soul inside. Just a cage in the middle of the room. Jungkook didn't know what he would see when he crouched in front. But he knew from the minute he saw the boy in such a state that he would take him home and try and save him.

Getting the said boy out of the cage was a task in itself. The boy hissed and whimpered and clutched onto the metal bars.
The man that had showed him around wasnt that gentle with the hybrid. The man ended up pulling the hybrids tail to get him to move from out of the cage. A heart breaking cry tore through the hybrids lips and Jungkook couldn't stand by any longer.
"That's enough. I'll get him out." Jungkook said as he put his hand on the workers shoulder. The worker huffed but moved aside for Jungkook to try.
Once against Jungkook crouched down and end up sitting on the floor in front of the cage. The hybrid was up against the side whimpering and crying lightly, while holding his mangled tail in his hand. His breathing uneven.
Jungkook decided to scoot forward a little. The hybrid instantly left his head at the sound.
"Its okay. I'm not gonna hurt you. I wanted to take you home." Jungkook said in the softest voice he could muster.
The hybrid eyed him warily. His head tilted slightly to the side. Jungkook though it was the cutest thing.
" Please let me take you home. I could look after you. No one will hurt you there ever. I wouldn't allow it. I just want to give you a good home." Jungkook pleaded with the hybrid.
"Good" The hybrid whispered, so quietly it was a surprise that jungkook had caught it.
" Yes a good home. Trust me please." Jungkook said as he moved his had towards the hybrid. The hybrids eyes widen and he moved a little. He attempted to control his breathing as the human almost touched him.
Jungkook had realized his mistake as the hybrid was shaking a lot more than he was before. Jungkook quickly moved his hand away for the hybrid.
" I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He said softly.
"Sir there is no point. The hybrid is broken. You can have a better one than this thing." The worker had said.
Jungkook shook his head, slight anger building inside him at the mans words.
"I want this one. He needs a home. He needs a family to love him and fix him. I'm not leaving him here." Jungkook stated coldly. His voice no where near as soft and caring as it had been when he spoke to the hybrid a few seconds before.
Jungkook was determined to get this hybrid boy home.
