She flew higher and higher until the puffy clouds grew smaller and she finally felt free. Freer than she had in a long time. She broke through the atmosphere and found herself surrounded by millions of beautiful bright stars. Her eyes rounded and a smile spread across her face. It was gorgeous. In the distance she could see her border collie Honey bounding toward her. She bent down and was trampled backwards with Honey licking her face. She laughed and hugged her dog before she disappeared before her eyes. She reached out but she was already gone. She had a hint of a smile and a few tears slid down her cheeks.
“Sweetheart?”
She turned around at the sound of her mom’s voice and ran to hug her. Her mom stroked her hair and kissed her forehead before she, too, disappeared.
“No! Don’t go. I need you.”
The tears were really starting to flow and she slumped into the fetal position and floated around a while longer. Soon, her boyfriend came over and helped her up and wrapped her in a giant hug. Her broken heart was immediately put back together. He drew her into a slow and loving kiss before everything around her slowly turned black. Her and her love were being separated and she regained consciousness for a few seconds, saw her brother standing over her with a bloody knife and fell into a peaceful sleep forever.
