He moves to town, in the middles of second semester, to live with his older sister. And then while at his new job, on that one faithful weekend, he meets her. Amber Watson, a beautiful young teenage girl; with the most beautiful honey brown eyes, that light up at life’s simplest things. His immediate thought is why such a princess like her, is doing here at Alex’s Mechanics. But soon finds out she is the daughter of his fun likeable boss and that she can be fun to tease. He loves to get under her skin and finds she gets frustrated easily, especially if it’s to do with him. Like no other girl he’s met, something about her intrigues him. He knows there is something more than just the surface of this girl’s personality than she lets on. Amber likes to remain quite round new people. But when meeting a frustrating teenage boy who she hasn’t seen before, she’s no longer quiet. She soon realises he is her dad’s newest employee at Alex’s Mechanics in which she comes to often. And that he’s extremely frustrating for whatever reason other than his constant teasing. Maybe it’s his intricate looking green eyes. Or his smug smile he shows to her so often in their first encounter. Whatever it is, she doesn’t know whether he’s different and may be a generally good guy or if she can’t trust him just like any other random person she’s met.

Summary Part 2

Amber only wants to be herself. She believes she has a good heart but sometimes it feels as if her heart is getting pricked by millions of needles. Even being a bright happy girl, sometimes her brightest smiles don’t let her forget the darkest corners of her mind.

She doesn’t want to ever admit it but deep in her mind she is scared of letting go of her brutal ‘reality’ and dreaming of things she never truly thought were possible for herself.

The sad truth is that you never really know what someone may be going through in their own mind…

Noah is hoping to find his place. To find where he truly belongs. Under his jokes and laughs he hides an uneasy past. It’s time for a fresh start and to focus on what really matters. Starting at a new school as someone completely new is exactly what he needs.

But when he starts to uncover missing pieces without a puzzle and answers without questions about this mysterious girl. He can’t help but wonder what secrets she hides deep within her mind.

Everyone has a secret.

Is Amber ready to let go of hers? Or is she forever a lost cause?

Author’s Note

So, hey… yeah I could’ve been a normal person and shorten my long summary down so that it could fit and not be separated.. But I couldn’t do that. Obviously.

So, basically, I hope you enjoy this story. I will try to update frequently. Please keep in mind I’m only 14 and I only hope I can write an amazing story about Amber and Noah.

I would like to point out the fact that I have been writing this since Nov 2018 and since then have only completed 11 chapters. I am now going to be editing and even rewriting some of them before uploading them onto Inkitt.
