Chapter 1
**I got my but, in the sand, and toes wiggling in the water liking that warm breeze blowing my hair in the wind la la la **
Singing along to my music on the beach relaxing thinking it’s a wonderful day to be at the beach when this super cute guy comes walking towards me I know he’s cute because he’s always there, but I never get close enough to see his face but maybe this time will be different he’s getting close!!

Ugh I jumped up and fell right out of my bed humph! my alarm always goes off Just when I get to the good part of the dream! I looked up from under my covers at my alarm great it was already five thirty and school started at seven I was so not a morning person, I got up got a shower and figured out what I was going to wear today it had to be perfect because it wasn’t just the first day of school it was the first day of my last year at Belmont JR./SR high school and in 2 weeks I would be celebrating my 18th birthday party at the most popular night club in town
I walked over to my closet and picked out my favorite pair of skinny jeans with the rips down the front and a greyish brown plaid shirt with the glitter on it that matched my eyes and my favorite pair of cow girl boots. I grabbed my bag and carefully walked down the stairs making sure I didn’t trip because I am always clumsy then walked over to kiss my mother and father as I walked out the door I grabbed an Apple on the way out because my mother was yelling at me to eat something. I so didn’t have time to sit down and eat I needed to get to the school so that I could check my schedule
As I walked down the driveway I fumbled for my car keys to my 2015 Dodge Dart that my parents bought me as an early birthday present so that I could get to the school as I started walking over to the driver side door I heard a noise I didn’t want to hear his house door slamming shut great! I was trying not to get noticed by Brayden Henson before getting to school especially because I was in love with this kid and he didn’t even know I existed except living next door. Apparently, I wasn’t getting that far.
He looked over at me and I froze in place “hey Savannah do u wants a ride to school its pretty stupid to drive two cars when were both going to the same place “As I was frozen in place I thought to myself is he talking to me? Did he really ask if I wanted a ride, who wouldn’t want a ride it was Brayden but then something clicked in my head as I stared at him.
Yeah ill ride with him but then how was I supposed to get home, with his girl Isabella in the picture she would never get a ride back or worse she would try to kick me out of the vehicle if he picked her up.
I smiled at him and said “that’s okay I have to work anyways today so I’ll have to leave early most likely ” I jumped it to my car as fast as I could so that Brayden couldn’t ask me any more questions especially since I didn’t even have to be at work till five and I didn’t want him to try an talk to me anymore I was already nervous around him
As I started driving down the road to school I got a text from one of my best friends Ashleigh
Savannah! Get to school now the teachers are handing out classroom schedules.

as I threw my phone down I stepped on the gas making sure I didn’t go over the speed limit but fast enough to get to the school on time one ticket and my parents would take the car away from me
as I drove into the school parking lot I found and open spot and pulled in, as I got out of the car I felt several pairs of eyes on me I didn’t dare turn around because I knew what would happen if I did I would get several comments about my hair, clothes, music etc. and the evil person behind all the comments I did not even want to face. I thought in my head I don’t have time for Isabella and her robots.
As I ran into the building I wasn’t paying attention to where I was going and crashed right into jasmine.
“Oh my gosh I didn’t see you Savannah I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay I wasn’t paying attention anyways I was too busy making sure Isabella didn’t follow me.”
“Not her “jasmine said. “Yeah today wasn’t a good day to start senior year”!
“Why she asked? but we better talk and walk “jasmine said “Ashleigh is freaking out because you weren’t here yet!”
“well lest see first I woke up and fell out of my bed, then I ran out the door and Brayden was standing outside he asked if I wanted a ride to school!′
“what did you say?” “I said no of course I don’t feel like being killed by Isabella because I was riding in her man’s car.”
“oh, I know how you feel savanna I bumped into Isabella the other day and I said sorry.”
“what did she say jasmine”? “she told me to get out of her way!”
“wow she’s the devil” “I know tell me about it, so anyways about Brayden did he say anything else?”
I looked at her for a few moments before replying “I wish but you know I am not his type”
YOUR NOT WHO’S TYPE? Turning around fast Savannah caught herself looking straight into Isabella’s eyes “oh no one Isabella no one you know”
“yeah well it better not be my Brayden” “ha-ha yeah Bella we all know your stalking Brayden.” jasmine said
“Listen here you little bitch No one talks to me like that. and you little spaz Brayden loves me he is never going to go for a low-class dweeb like you just stay away from him.” “Dani told me you were talking to him this morning what did you tell him you little brat?”
looking down at my feet, I forgot that her friend lived on the same block a few houses down. I looked back up at her, ” I just told him that I did not need a ride to school.”
“Good you stay away from him do not talk to him or look at him got it!”
“yes skank” I muttered under my breath. “What did you say” Isabella screamed
“Oh, nothing I just said I won’t talk to him” As jasmine and I walked away and towards the senior hall we ran into Ashley pacing back and forth.
“Where have you two been!” “Sorry Ashleigh we ran in to the queen robot. “Oh, my that’s not good but we can talk about it later I want to see if I got my elective”
Ashleigh, jasmine and I ran over to cafeteria as fast as we could, we stopped at the door and look in the room there were tables all over the place some with students and some with teachers.
the teachers were passing out the schedule and the students were trying to get the kids signed up for clubs. the three of us walked up to a table where our favorite teacher was standing
Hello Girls. Mr. Dayton said how was your summer? we all said good while he handed us our stuff.
as I looked at my schedule I got Excited

I was so happy I had gotten a chance to take my elective classes I had to wait two years to take them because at our school you had to wait until your junior year or senior year and last year all the classes were full and if I take them they go toward my degree when I start at the university.
The girls and I started to walk over to our lockers to put away our books and other things we always had in our lockers like makeup music extra clothes etc.
We always had our lockers side by side it was always like that since the first day of kindergarten and that’s how we met and became best friends as I stood by my locker daydreaming about Brayden as I waited for the girls to get done.
SAVANNAH!!
The scream was so loud I dropped my books feeling annoyed I picked them up and looked around to see who screamed my name and just as I did I face to face with my big brother brad who I hadn’t seen since the beginning of July when he went to move in to his dorm.
brad was 6ft 5 in dark brown hair and hazel eyes he kind of looked like a twin version of me and Ashleigh had a big crush on him
I started walking down the hall to where my big brother was standing I was going to ask him why he was at my school I hope mom and dad didn’t send him to bring me anything that would be so embarrassing!
but before I could do anything Isabella cut me off and got to him first. I just stood there frozen in place while I listened to her babble on in her annoying squeaky voice
“What’s up brad you look sexy today what are you doing around all these babies why don’t I skip today, and you and I could go have some fun I’m not missing anything anyways.”
As I stood there frozen in place I could not believe she just stood there and tried to hit on my big brother it was so annoying and desperate and Brayden was only standing a few feet away I hope he didn’t hear anything I already felt bad that he had a psycho girlfriend this would make it worse but after a couple seconds I felt my feet unfreeze and my blood started to boil I headed straight for them .
before I knew what I was doing and before brad could stop his little sister I jumped in with my own poison.
“hey, Isabella, why don’t you stop stalking my brother and trying to get in his pants and go spend time with your boyfriend because obviously you care more about my brother then you do Braden I thought he was more than your boy toy.”
Isabella looked like she was ready to kill me! so I tried to avoid her the best I could right now I had brad to protect me but later I wouldn’t and right now I didn’t want to face the demon Isabella looked like she didn’t want attention so she just flipped her hair and walked away to find Brayden who I assumed heard the whole conversation
I looked back at brad who was now all smiles “Little sis I can’t believe you said that to her she’s the queen bee of the school.”
“well its true brad I’m tired of her bossing me around and acting like she’s better than me. but anyways what are you doing here? aren’t you starting classes at YSU today?”
“Yeah I was going to start today but YSU lost my transcript so now I’m here to get them before I miss too Much ”
“Oh yeah you don’t want to fall behind on your first-year ha ha. how’s your dorm room?”
“It’s awesome! Nice and big are you going to stop by today and see it you haven’t been there since I moved in, so you could see all the new cool stuff we have”
“I’ll try I work 5~ close at Dunkelberg”
“you and Dunkelberg when you going to quit that place sis? I hate how they treat you there.”
“well big bro when you find me a new job then we will talk but for now money talks and I will continue to say ” welcome to Dunkelberg where we dunk your donuts”
my brother just looks at me and laughs “well little sis just make sure they treat you right”
I looked up at him and replied, ” I will try well I better get to class Ashleigh, jasmine and Brie are waiting for me.” I gave my brother a hug and told him I would catch up with him later I walked past Brayden as I went to class but didn’t look I didn’t have time and couldn’t I did not want to freeze in place again.

as I walked to my locker to grab my books for class I saw Isabella talking to savannah brother
I stood there trying to hear what she had to say to him. I love the fact that she thinks she can hit on any guy and I would be okay with it. Then I saw her with her long brown hair with beautiful hazel eyes I could not help but stare as I watched her walk up to her brother and Isabella I loved how cute she looked when she was frustrated or mad then I watched as Isabella turned on her heals and storm off, something must have been said for her to be that mad, I turned around so she didn’t see me and she didst good all I heard was she could get any guy she wanted in this school I was so Mad.
but I didn’t have time I had two min to get to class, as grabbed my books I saw Savannah walking past and I really wanted to talk to her but when I went to say her name I froze.
as I watched her open her locker I had to make sure that she didn’t see me looking at her I had put a note in her locker telling her how I felt and I didn’t want her to know it was me just yet I watched her grab her books and the note and throw them in her bag I felt disappointment because she didn’t read it but maybe she would later. as I finished grabbing my stuff I ran as fast as I could to my first class, so I could talk to Ben and tell him what happened this morning.

hmm yeah
would you like to join the class today or go to the principal?
I woke up to the sound of my teacher yelling at me, so I looked over to Savannah and I wanted to make her laugh, so I looked at Mr. Dayton and said loud “is there a third choice?”
right on cue savanna laughed and so did the whole class but I knew I wasn’t going to get in trouble because I couldn’t get taken off the team our big game was Friday, so I got away with it.
so, as I was saying before Mr. Henson disrupted the class

Savannah: I yelled yo and turned back to the girls we had exactly 2 weeks to plan my super awesome one of a kind 18th birthday and we also had prom to plan but that could wait we had a month to plan that. As we plan my party I overhear Mr. Dayton trying to get the classes attention but that wasn’t happening I thought, I turned around to grab my cell out of my bag and ended up picking up a piece of paper that fell out as well trying to figure out where it was from I decided to open it

I know you probably don’t know who I am, but I know who you are, you’re the girl that thinks she’s only popular with her friends but your so much better than that. Your smile the way you laugh the way you flip your hair back when your frustrated. I want you to know who I am, but I can’t right now all I can do is give you my user name and we can talk, I want so much to get to know you better please I’M me at 9:00pm tonight you won’t be disappointed.

I looked up and looked around trying to figure out who would have sent that letter part of it was sweet the other part was kind of creepy I wounded what would happen if I didn’t message him tonight I mean I do have to work till 10 but maybe he won’t remember
