Welcome To My Life

Hi my name is Sabrina Rosetta Waters. I guess you could say I’m quite the devious one. I have long brown wavy hair, green eyes.. and blue skin. Yes blue skin! I live on a farm up in the mountains not to far from a forest, I’ve been home schooled technically all my life. It’s a new year now I just turned 16 and this year is going to be my year. I’m going to attending a public school for the first time in my life, I’m not ashamed of my looks. Just because I have blue skin doesn’t mean crap! I’m completely normal just like any other teenage girl... only a bit more brighter.

Today is January the 17th, on a Tuesday arvo. It’s about 29 degrees. Yes.. quite hot. But I must say, I absolutely love the warm weather. The bright sun beaming on your skin, the beautfiul light blue skies. almost cloudles! I’m wearing ripped jeans with a white top, I pack a small bag and head out front. “Grannie I’m going for a stroll” I scream out from outside front and set off. I walk down the rocky pathways.. my goodness I always seem to leave the house forgetting that I have feet connected to my body meaning I always forget shoes. Oh well I may as well walk along. Grannie doesn’t like me going off the pathways, but constantly been on the same pathways not going and exploring new places gets sooo boring. But I look upto her, she’s the only family I’ve got. I feel like today would be okay just to go a little bit of the pathways, Surely nothing bads going to happen. who am I kidding!

Sahara forest.. I look up at all the trees and see lots of pathways going different directions. How interesting, The middle path will do. I walk along the dusty path looking around at all the greenery, I don’t think I’ve seen anything more beautfiul. I look behind me realising I’ve walked a really long way and it’s starting to get dark, I should head back. I turn back not realising my jeans were caught on a stick accidently cutting myself and ripping them even more. Owe! I look down at my leg watching the blood poor down drip by drip. at this point in time the sky was pitch black, I could hardly see anything. I sit there not knowing what to do as the blood keeps pouring, How the hell is it still bleeding it’s been like 20 minutes!? “Arooo” what was that?! I look around extremely panicked as my anxiety levels jump over the trees. Wolves start creeping up on me from the bushes as there peeping yellow eyes follow them, I start to cry with fear filling my body and starvation. “Oi” I look up seeing a flash light with a black shadow appearing from it, I could barely see it. “Scram, get outta here!” all the wolves suddenly run as the shadow approaches me. I cover my face, as the flash shines on me. “You look cool what are you?” It’s a boy?! I look up catching his eyes dark brown they were, blonde hair and golden tanish skin, He looks into my green eyes touching the sides of my face. I speak before he says anything else. “I don’t know why I came out her it was a stupid idea, and I should of just listened to my grannie and stayed on the rocky pathways she must be worried sick, and yes before you say anything I’m blue and I’m ashamed” tears fall from my face. This boy starts to wipe the tears as each drop falls into his hands. “there’s nothing at all to be ashamed of, I think you’re beautfiul. Even if you’re blue skinned which surprisingly you are that’s something you don’t see every day which makes you very unique, let’s get you home to grannie” I was to tired to speak and zoned off as he picked me up and held me close in his arms.
