The Akaname(あかなめ) ーFilth licker
The Akaname -( filth licker ) Is a Japanese Folklore , described as having a body of a human but looking much like a Goblin . It has long shaggy hair and one toe on each foot From which Protrudes a long toe nail , It's tongue is extremely long and dripping with saliv. It is normal described with red skin
The Akaname is a untidy creature that inhibits the bathroom of people's houses , particularly when the bathtub is dirty , eating the grime and filth from the floor and the bathtub . Some people actually avoid the bathroom during the summer , when the heat makes mold grow easily when used ,which attracts attention from the Akaname
It's saliva is poisonous and it uses this to help lick up dirt and grime .
Stories of the Akaname were used to scare children into keeping the bathroom clean In fear that it might attract an Akaname
