Reap what you sow
f your African Americans than you may know the struggle of a single mother. Know what I’m about to tell you is a very sad story. This story took place in the city of Detroit a small family a single mother with 2 jobs raising her son to be a man now there was no man in there life Kevin father left them when he was only 2 years young. But let me get to topic hey my name is Jacquavious Jackson I will be observing.this story there was this really dangerous town in Detroit Michigan how ever Kevin was only 17 years and was a really good basketball player In high school but basketball wasn’t enough his mom Michelle was working two jobs trying to provide for Kevin and herself Michelle use to drive around in a 1991 Honda Civic the car was all beaten up and broken she was also a Christian she loved God but things was still hard she worried a lot about Kevin life after high school she couldn’t afford a college for him to go to so she worried she didn’t worry to much about how they was gonna survive on food but anyways back to the story Kevin was tired of seeing his mom tired every day struggling so what Kevin did was not a very smart idea but Kevin started selling drugs on the street to help out his mother so there was this big drug dealer everyone knew him but only a few ever seen him no one knows his real name but his street name go by drago but Kevin realized he had messed up by the end of this story Kevin was staying out all times through the night left his mom worrying 2 am hits Michelle up waiting for Kevin to come home Kevin walks through the door Michelle cut the lights on and says Kevin where you been it’s 2 am Kevin gets a a very nasty attitude and says mom don’t worry about me I been doing me mind your business with all type of profanity Michelle was speechless she just walked away in tears go to her room and get down on both knees and pray Lord I know he’s shorting his days on the earth and on day he will reap what he sow but all I ask lord is you let me see him before anything terrible happens to him amen and went to sleep crying Kevin had some friends well thought they was his friends until they stole all his drugs he supposed to sell Kevin was in big trouble he went to the drug lord drago to tell him the news drago gave him 48 hours to get him his money Kevin was left speechless went home got his bag and went back to the streets he was gone for days,weeks left his mom worrying Michelle got on her knees praying and praying that her baby make it home safe months later Kevin finally came home nobody seen him for 5 months he explained it all to his mom the drugs and everything Michelle response oh baby boy we can find you help Kevin sobbing and saying mom if I don’t make it alive tomorrow or the next day just know that I love you ma and I’m sorry I put you through so much ma you are appreciated and Kevin walked out 2 day later Michelle here all types of sirens and she remember what Kevin had said Michelle said lord be with my baby all of a sudden Michelle hears a knock on the door she see a cop with a warrant for Kevin Michelle says Kevin haven’t been here for 2 days what the warrant for the officer says he robbed the gas station Michelle slam the door shut and bursted out crying. Michelle got on her knees asking lord to forgive Kevin but it was just too late Michelle here to big knocks at the door like they was loud she opened the door and there was Kevin bleeding out Michelle is crying and praying Kevin whisper in his mom hears and say it’s okay ma I know it’s not easy trying to raise a man and died right on the front steps~
