Prologue

Liliana is packing up her suitcase before leaving on her trip to Paris. Oh, how she loves Paris. The city of love.

“Lili, why do you like Paris so much?”

“It’s a wonderful place and I just love it. There’s fantastic energy and it’s the perfect place to fall in love and meet my one and only,” replies Liliana dreamily.

Her friends all roll their eyes at her and she scoffs.

“Come on guys. It’s a great place and once you visit it, you’ll be obsessing over it just as much as those cat videos.”

They all erupt into a fit of laughter and then embrace.

“We’re going to miss you, Lili.”

“Aw, I’m going to miss you guys too.”
