The rape allegations
Story of that day
On thursday ,January 7th the night accorded i remember it like it was yesterday. While me and my mom was playing cards that evening at 8:00 pm.After my dad, dog, and my “sister” went out at 7:00pm my dad had a lil drinks in him he wasn't that drunk he had a mind he knew what he was doing. At approximately 8:30 pm me and my mom began to worry because we both know what this girl is capable of doing. This girl is 18 with a very crazy mind set for instance this girl is suicidal and will do anything to keep “her father” with her. This girl didn't have her father in her life at all she’s now 19 she began to have her father in her life at the age of 18.
Back to the story me and my mom no what this girl is capable of doing well i know what this girl is capable of doing i no her every movement. At approximately 9:30 pm we got a call from her and ,all me and my mom heard was the ambulance truck and the doctors saying calm down. She then bit the doctor and put the phone to her ear saying “they rape me, they rape me ma” first thing that came to my head was she lying, for some reason my mom decided to believe her. At 9:55 pm my dad and my dog came running into the house… my father was crying over and over saying “omg she got raped boo she got raped” “she didn't get raped”
I said. My dad had bruises on his knees, hands , head, and back he was all sweaty my dog was out of breath like he had to run. My father was very upset he began to say “i'm going to kill these bi***’s wheres my machete” he began to look for it as my mom told him no he needs to relax and he still continued to look for it. My so call sister was at the hospital and being taking care of. I new she was panicking because of “her dad not being with her” and yes once again she called saying “where's dad ,where's dad” repeatedly my mom began to tell her that he's okay. At the time my father was exhausted and didn't feel like going to see her but his guts told him to go .
Me and my mom began to tell him change his clothes change what he's wearing before he leaves. Soon as he did the police began to knock on the door. My mother opened the door and the police said “hi we need *****” and my father went. They took him to the present not only he was there but she was there also. She was so happy he was there it was like nothing happen. At the present she called us and she sounded like joy like she didn't just “get raped” she was laughing and saying “i'm ok ma, i'm ok” i was saying in my head bi*** idgaf if u ok were tf is my father. My dad began to worry and he was very upset while she was playing around and laughing. My dad got called in the room and the detective began to question him.
(detec)“How many people where rapeing her”
(dad)”five”
(detec) “can you elaborate what happen”
(dad) “me and my daughter went to the store for some beers i went in she stayed outside when i bought the beers we began to walk out the store to osborn playground to chill and drink, as we was walking 5 grown man was looking at me and ask me am i blood and i said no and my daughter began to say very angry like “why are you asking him questions he like the color red a** hole”and i only laughed we sat in the park and they came in and i left her in the park to get some more beers and as i was gone i guess they was rapeing her and when i came back i seen my daughter on the floor and all 5 men was rapeing her i began to fight they beet me up so i got up and i began to throw glass at them she was very drunk”
(detec) “while all this was happening where was your daughter”
(dad) “getting dressed”
(detec) “continue”
(dad) “then they pulled a gun out and i ran to my wife's house”
(detec) “mm ok do you have any description?”
(dad) “um all i know is the one who chased me was a very big n**** and he looked like an adult”
They began to call my so called sister to the room for questioning.
(detec) “can you elaborate what happen”
(sis) “while we was at the park these 5 teenagers came into the park playing basketball and while they were playing basketball dad went to go get some more bears and when he left the teenagers threw me on the floor and raped me i overheard one of them say put it in her mouth then they began to rip my clothes off and they all took turns rapeing me and thats when dad came and i started to scream and they got off me and dad started to fight them while i put my clothes on”
(detec) “do you have any type of description?”
(sis) “i know that they are teenagers and that they sound very young and there was this one big one i think the ages was 17,18, and 19 and one had a very deep voice but i'm sure there was 5 of them”
(detec) “ was they armed”
(sis) “no i'm not sure”
As you can see there are to different stories for me i wouldn't believe none not even the ones the people who was accused of rape story. They all just don't add up to me while my mom is believe them i'm getting madder and madder more and more i think about how crazy this girl really is. I know exactly what happen so i'm just going to tell you but at the end of the story. While my so called sister and my dad arrived at the door she had a smile on her face and my dad was upset the whole time she was looking at it as her spending time with her father my dad was looking at it as this is really in my life this s*** is crazy. The next morning came and my dad and so called sister had to leave, the detectives came to get them to tell them they had find the person who did that to them they left and another story came , happened to turn out that the suspects are only ages 14,15,15,16,and 17. Remember there is 5 suspects! Suspect number age 16 told a story and this is what he told!
(detec) “ well ****** so what happened that night i would love to here your story”
(sus 16) “when we arrived to the park we seen the girl having sex with her own father and we said can we join and she said yes while the father was watching we then start to take her clothes off and she was loving it her father was saying “this is wrong no stop”
(Detec) “did yall stop or did the father join”
(Sus 16) “no the father left and let us do this to her i guess because she was loving it and did not complain”
(Detec) “do what rape her??”
(Sus 16) “NO!”
(Detec) “Yes you did yall falsely threw that girl on the floor and began to rape her in front of her father and had the father gun pointed”
(Sus 16) “no no no there was no gun and i did not rape that girl!!”
The detective began to stare the suspect in his eye then gives the right for the 16 year old to leave.
(Detec) “mm ok you're excused”
(Detec 2) “something ain't right here should i call the next suspect”
(Detec) “yeah the youngest one….we gonna get stories from each of these boys because something is not adding up”
Detective 2 began to call another suspect in which will be the 14 year old we will call him suspect 14.
(Detec 2) “well well well look what we got here a young bird isn't that right detec”
(Detec) “yes we do a lil one...we gonna need your story young bird you don't wanna get in trouble now do ya”
(Sus 14) “no”
(Detec 2) “why you so nervous”
(Detec) “yeah why you so nervous you wanna hang with big boys right…. You wasnt so nervous when you was rapeing that girl now were you”
(Sus 14) “ i didn't rape her i didn't even touch that girl i swear to god i didn't. All i know is i seen them having sex all i did was stand there and watch”
(Detec) “hm well who was having sex your boys or wait shall i say gang.. Owww wait detec 2 he was the one holding the father at gunpoint that's why he was standing there..”
(Sus 14) “no that's not what happen”
(Detec 2) “well let's here your story young one”
(Sus 14) “me and the boys were walking and we seen the girl and a man i guess it was her father i guess they was walking to the park me and the boys also was going to the park to play basketball like always and we had look at the girl she was all sloppy looking drunk and her dad left i dont no where but when he was gone she had walk over to the boys say over and over “you wanna have sex you have sex” and i said you're crazy but the boys was with it and they began to have sex with her..the father had came and we all got scared because she began to yell “they rapeing me dad help they rapeing me” and the father began to fight and ***** hit the girl because of fear”
(Detec 2) “so there was no gun”
(Sus 14) “no i don't no i didn't see no gun”
(Detec) “ok***** you can go”
As the detectives walk the suspect back to where he was they was talking about how things are just not adding up. Over and over and over they was thinking...my dad and so called sister was called in the present just for a check up. We have to remember there were 5 suspect this is suspect age 15 but there are two 15 year olds so we going to call them suspect 15 and suspect 15-2.
(Detec) “we need to see them 15 year olds and get what they have to say”
(Detec 2) “yeah we should do them together”
(Detec) “no because what if they have two different stories and is going with what each other say we need to do them separate.
As the two detectives walk down the hall to get the suspect they stop to think and then say we should ask where did the places took place now they both no well we all know osborn playground.
(Detec) “we should ask where was she lay that will determine if they are lying… hey DaD do you know exactly where your daughter was laying”
(Dad) “yes when i seen her she was laying flat on the floor nair the men's bathroom we was on that bench.”
(Detec) “ok thank you...hey daughter do you remember where exactly were you lying”
(Sis) “yes i was by the men's bathroom me and my dad was sitting on the bench”
Now we no that my dad and so called sister was sitting on the bench by the bathroom.
(Detec 2) “hey by the way sus 14 do you remember where this took place”
(Sus 14) “yes by the men's bathroom”
(Detec 2) “ hey sus 16 do you remember where this took place were she was laying”
(Sus 16) “ yes by the men's restroom”
While the two detectives walk down the hallway they decided to call suspect 15 in the room.
(detec) “sooo you.. I gonna need you to tell exactly what happened that night”
(Sus 15) “while me and my bros was walking down the block we seen the girl and her father having sex and she said “come here” and we did when we went to her she started to touch on us and she started moaning and that's when she laid on the floor and started to take her clothes off.. And then we started having sex.”
(detec 2) “where was she laying down at”
(Sus 15) “by the men's restroom”
(detec 2) “ are you sure .. no something ain't right you to nervous ain't that right detec i think he was the one holding the gun at the father's head while …. They took turns rapeing her!!”
(sus 15) “No there wasn't no gun involved”
(detec) “ ok you can go”
While suspect 15 was leaving they called suspect 15-2 in the room.
(detec) “ok suspect 15-2 we gonna need your side of the story would you like some water you look a little nervous”
(sus 15-2) “i'm not nervous because i no i didn't do anything wrong the sex was consensual that girl wanted to have sex she wanted to do this”
(detec) “ okay let's here your story”
(sus 15-2) “when we was walking my friend ***** {sus 17} ask the father was he in gang because he was wearing all red and then the daughter had yelled out wtf dummy he like the color red and then ***** {sus 17} laughed and told the girl shut up and she called him an asshole and then we all went into the park to play basketball the father and daughter was sitting on the bench and then when we looked over they started having sex and then we ask can we join.. and her father had said no and then she had said why not when we all started having sex the father was upset and then he left”
(detec 2) “ so there was no gun involved”
(sus 15-2) “ no there wasn't”
(detec 2) “ow okay then you can go now”
(detec) “ ok we need to talk to the big boy the leader it seems like probably he had the gun”
As they walk down the hallway once again they called suspect 17 in the room.
(detec) “ok **** come with us”
(detec 2) “well well well look what we got here the big dog the leader the one who boss them kid to rape that 18 year old girl”
(sus 17) “ i did not rape that girl”
(detec) “ yes you did you threw that girl down and falsely rape her!!”
(sus 17) “No she laid there for us to have sex with her”
(detec 2) “ let's here your story”
(sus 17) “ huh okay me and my friends was walking to the park to play ball”
(detec) “ yeah and that when you ask the father is he in a gang keep going”
(sus 17) “ No i did not ask him that let me finish .. when we was walking me and my friends went into the park to play basketball and i seen the girl having sex with her father in the park”
(detec) “ where at in the park”
(sus 17 ) “ by the slide next to the ramp”
(detec) “mmm keep going”
(Sus 17) “the father and daughter was having sex and we ask to join and she said sure but the father was very upset that's when he started beating on us and we had to fight him back and he ran away i still don't know why he was so upset when he was just having sex with her but before the father got really upset he went to go get another beer and when he came back that's when he started whiling he started screaming let her go let her go and as soon as he showed his reactions she started screaming over and over he rape me he rape me now here we are”
(detec 2) “ nope something is not adding up your trying to save your ass for having that gun pointed at the father's head or being in a gang”
(sus 17) “ wtf it wasn't no gun involved”
(detec) “ that not what we heard”
(sus 17) “ who told you that”
(detec) “ why so you can run back and tell the gang so that yall all can accused him of being a snitch”
(sus 17 ) “ NO”
(detec 2) “ you're excused”
Very aggressively sus 17 left the room and then the detectives start to think more and more about it and they kept saying to they self something ain't right. Well how about you ,do you think something ain't adding up? I'm assuming you're thinking the same thing everybody else thought. On social media .. this incident was all over.. On my facebook page and everything i had to play it cool just because that's my father.. I seen threatens of them trying to find my father and hurt him another thing is family .. family have change against him and when they change on him they change on me over and over i seen this incident on the media and the more and more i seen it i got upset .. i'm upset because this is my family going through this, this is not any other family ..i had to listen to friends of mine saying how my father is ill and a rapist. My 9 year old little brother had to watch this and not only did me my mom and dad had to deal with this he did to. My bro is 9 and he goes out almost everyday and everybody no that that's his father. And they would bully him saying things like your father a rapist. Picture yourself not trusting any man who walked past you because of the stories you heard and i got nervous because i had to live in the ghetto but i'm a very strong girl and nobody really mess with me imagine being called the victim imagine you walking around the complex and everybody think you're the one who got raped having to play the psycho bitch. For other people y'all will accuse my father of rape and my so called sister being innocent. I don't blame y'all because y'all don't understand where she's from and how her mind set is really set up. I do , but back to the story while me and her was in the house we watched the news with the family and i left because i didn't want to watch it no m0re when i left she followed me and said “them boys d*** was so big and while i was sucking it i was choking hahaha” i looked at her with a wondered face and in my head all i said was i know i'm right there's no other way i know exactly what happen. I then walked away and she followed me again and said “they d***’s was big i'm shocked they was so young” remember she said she believed they ages was in the teens .. so why do she take the time out to follow me? She wanted to get under my skin but i didn't let her this whole time she didn't try to cut herself because she felt she was causing the family pain and taking my father away from us. Back to the story my father then decided that she's crazy and she needs to be put away and when we tried to put her in a metal home she then changed the story up… the detectives came to pick them up for one more investigation of course they grabbed her..
(detec) “hey ***{sis} so we really need to know the truth of what happened that night.”
(sis) “ok you wanna know my father raped me and they continued but i wanted them to do it”
Remember i said she want her father all to herself so she felt if i tell them that they would take him away from them and he will be with me more…
(detec) “ why didn't you say that the first time”
(sis) “ because he's my father and i love him”
(detec 2) “ if he loved you he would not rape you”
(sis) “yes he do love me he said it!!”
(detec) “why are you changing the story around … *** you're starting to be a suspect”
(sis) “how”
(detec) “ because you telling two different stories how you say they rape you now you changing it talking about your father did it.. Is it because he won't you gone now”
(sis) “ he really love his family and he's a b**ch for that”
As you can see she now began to change the story up .. only because her father want to get rid of her because of what she's putting his family threw. And of course they called my father in the room for more questioning.
(detec) “hey *** can we talk to you please”
(dad) “are you going to arrest them”
(detec) “ well umm *** we have a whole different story the kids is saying you was having sex with her and they wanted to join and we was told there was no gun and the daughter just told us you raped her”
(dad) “she what are you kidding me she just doing that because she knows i want to get rid of her she needs to go in the mental house she is very crazy”
(detec 2) “what is exactly wrong with her”
(dad) “ she been trying to take me away from my family she really lives in california she came out her because she found me i'm her father i never had her since she was a baby she has been to 30 mental hospitals and she takes over 30 medications and she has been in over 20 foster homes she is really crazy this is why i wasn't her away from me and my family”
(detec) “ do you have proof we gonna need her information because u will be in big trouble but i wanna know was there really a gun”
(dad) “ no there wasn't no gun i just wanted to protect her from going to the mental house but now i really realize she is crazy she was saying to me she never got raped and she just want independent time with me”
(detec) “okay we gonna need this proof okay”
As you can see my dad has confirmed that the girl is really crazy and will do and say anything to keep her father away from me and my mom. My dad began to bring in every last paperwork and the news got to it and the reporters started to come to my house and they keep saying hi we need some more information ….. **** keep on laughing and she was like i feel famous … she wanted all the attention to herself. The detectives then began to get a social worker for **** and she had to leave the detectives they believed my dad and tried to get her in a mental house to help her….
(detec) “ do you want to drop the case”
(dad) “i dont no what if they try to come after me and i kind of don't want to because i seen them rape her i'm so confused”
(detec 2) “ just drop them because it seem like she's lying and she needs help and why are you saying that what if she played it out like they raped her??”
(dad) “ okay then damn i'm going to drop the case … everybody about to look at me crazy”
(detec) “ no they not because we got her medical record and as for them trying to find you and threaten you we can put you on a safety watch”
(dad) “ we don't need that we got family thank you for everything u did for me”
As you can see the cases was dropped and is to be continued well i'm going to finish it and tell you what happened to my family after all this and what changed! We all know that this case took place at osborn playground. And who the victims are we are going to go by the same names as i used to tell their sides of the story. Now while my dad and my so called sister were drinking at my house she wanted to go to the store for more drinks and she dragged my dad with her they had never came back me and my mom began to worry. She called saying they rapped her!!! Now rewind back before she called saying that she confines my dad to sit in the park with her she did that because she new that it will get under me and my mom's skin. And he had went and they picked up a couple of beers before they arrived to the park. The boys then ask my dad why he got so much red on is in a gang known as blood. And my father responded back “no” that's when sis replied “why the fu** u asking him that a** hole he likes the color red mind your business!” That's when the boys began to laugh and they went into the park to play ball and that's when sis began to touch on my dad and saying lets have sex lets have sex she began to take her clothes off and my dad was saying “stop **** put your f**king clothes on dumb a** before they say we having sex” very low for the boys not to look. My dad and so called sister was sitting by the men's restroom. The boys was by the basketball court when the discovered that she was naked and they then start to say “they having sex oh my god .. we should go join”. Suspect 14 began to say “no no no we should not get involved with that”. Now we all no they are boys and the get attracted easily. So they began to walk over and watch and dad began to feel very angry he began to say “stop look what yall looking at!” now he was upset because he knows what his daughter is trying to do he no she has a very bad problem he doesn't want them near her. She began to walk over to them while my dad is yelling her name over and over. She didn't listen but while she's walking to then she has her pants down so she started touching on them and my dad didn't want to see that so he walked away. Now when my dad is either sad or mad he drinks a lot. He went back to the store for some more beers he new what was going on but he new it was her who started it so he didn't have a very bad reaction. Now my dad is drunk he then walked back to the park and she seen him and new he was drunk so she began to yell over and over again “HELP ME HELP ME DAD THEY RAPEING ME” the kids got scared and hit her which got my dad furious and hit them they began to fight him back which left him scars and bruises over his body. My dad then left with my dog lewy. My dad ran back to the plaza where we lived and got the nearest cops and told them “my daughter getting raped go help her she's at osborn playground i'm going home to my wife!!” . the cops went to Osborn Playground and discovered her trying to put her clothes on and they called the ambulance.. She then ask for the phone to call my mom before dad gets a chance to tell his story first. My dad didn't want to go back to the scene so he went to tell my mom and right when he was on his way up sis called saying “THEY RAPED ME MA THEY RAPED ME” my dad walked in and my mom heard the doctors say calm down and she also overheard them saying she bit me she bit me” ! my mom hung up the phone my dad then started saying “she got raped boo she got raped” and so on so on now i no yall thinking then why'd he lied about the gun being present. He lied because he didn't want it to seem like he just left the daughter alone he wasn't looking at the fact that he went to go get help he new people would judge him on why would he leave his daughter in the park getting dressed so he made an allegation saying there was a gun pointed on him so he had to run. Now why did the big boy lied?? That's because he wanted to save his ass from going to jail for being in a gang but the kids new and so did my so called sis new that the sex was consensual. And the kids kept saying they saw the father having sex with her because her dumb ass was naked and wanted to have sex with her father but she was looking like her and dad was about to have sex. Now for all this my family has suffered and i mean suffered now my dad drinks like theres no tomorrow and i started drinking and my brother says slick things about her and do things she would do and my dad keep threaten to kill himself not only him but me to i sometimes catch myself saying i going to kill myself also but i no better i can fight mine i am a very strong girl.. My dad drinks non stop and started to say things like i'm going so bring your sister back and stuff but he only says it when he drinks and he gets very annoying toward me now and i'm starting to hate him. This story is not even the half i had to witness and go through it's a lot more that mad me the person i am today. I never believed in the devil as much but i definitely believe in it now and nothing going to change my mind about it. I realize god is a very strong man and i can deal with someone trying to take my shine away.because god made me believe no one can take that away and he has made things that i thought will never happen ..happen so i really love him for that and all i do to this day is pray!
