" mind illness "
Hello, I am 16 years old and in 11 grade in highschool.
My english teacher gave us a short story so we read it in the house and then in classsroom we will write a summery and a different ending for it which is graded.
The story talks about a man who was just released from jail and was going to his home using the bus. On his way, he meets with a group of teenagers that invite him to sit with them. He joined them and told them his story. Also he was married but he gave his wife a choive to leave him but if still want him she will tie a yellow ribbon on the oak tree at the entrance of the village. When the bus passed through the entrance the oak tree was filled with yellow ribbon.
My ending was :
He saw the tree filled with yellow ribbons and he went to his home to find red roses, candels and a dinner but his wife wasn't there. He went to their bedroom to find his wife's dead body and on the wall was written by her blood " An eye for an eye ".
